David Pauley was amazing, my mother-in-law's VA loan approval process was complex due to her finances but he made it easy and was very supportive through the loan process. He always had her best interest in mind. He went above and beyond for this very complex process and kept us always looking towards the end goal. During this process we cleaned up her finances, uncovered some financial bumps and cleared those up and got her the very best terms available. She was thrilled with her final monthly payment and is so much more financially secure after going through the home buying process with David Pauley at Amerifirst. Amerifirst and David Pauley went to bat for my mother-in-law, put her best interest at heart and did something really special for someone that truly needed it.

Frustrating to work with. They are not always organized and not willing to answer all my questions. Jay did not like to answer the phone, nor answer emails, nor return voicemails. Because of his lack of communication we had to extend our closing date twice. It was a miracle that the seller was patient and I didn’t lose the house I was trying to purchase. My realtor and I were stressed out the entire time of closing. I will NOT be using them again.

I think David has been one of the most patient guys i have ever met. He has helped me with everything from start to finish and i honestly felt like he was a blessing. I work a lot and often can't do everything right away but somehow he found time for me and made everything work out perfectly. Im extremely grateful and loved working with him. 5/5 stars for sure.

If you are looking for a lending team who will provide expedient, top notch service this is it. Coming into the home buying process I knew it would be stressful in many ways. Lending was at the top of my concerns. Our Loan Officer, Katie Henry took all of those concerns out of the equation by explaining the process, giving clear direction and being extremely responsive to my many, many questions. We had several issues arise through the process (no fault of Amerifirst). With every unexpected bump in the road, Katie’s knowledge and guidance helped us navigate through quickly and stay on track without causing any delay.
