MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Spring Hill Dr, Spring Hill

Went to deposit a cash and handle it to the nice young lady my driver license and my credit union card and in middle of filling the tiny form for the amount of deposit ,the old blond hair woman behind the counter told me to STEP ASIDE TWICE as soon as the only guy went inside to take my place and he was filling the same form I am doing. So why he took priority over me and I was there first!! As coming from high class family and culture I politely stop filling my form request and left the branch. Rude and unprofessional behavior. Don't go to this particular Branch unless if you wanna be treated bad.

Antoinette was very kind, courteous, thoroughly explained all the details about my account and got me informed on what I need to do to get my credit where I want it to be. Laid out a mini road map of what I need to accomplish and got me started on my journey to better credit. Really appreciate you taking your time to make sure I understood the details of the account and what amenities the bank offers for when things start getting better. I really appreciate it. My credit is garbage by the way, so the reviews saying they only want people with good credit are false from my experience.

Omg!! I love this bank! They treat you like an individual not a number. I spoke to Aaron a manager! I told him that i only had just about 15minutes and if they couldn't get me in I'd come another day and he was like nopeeee we getting you in today and took me right in and got me help! Thank you so much Midflorida! I am a member with both you and suncoast and I would choose you over them 100%! I've had them since I was 16 and they haven't done anything like that for me before!

I have had a lot of trouble regarding loans and credit in the past. Aaron Ciccarello and Dena Marasco at MidFlorida helped me immensely. I was able to cut my auto loan down by over $100 and my interest rate in half!! Their professional and drive to help me is unmatched. MidFlorida is the place to go and definitely the place to stay. Highly recommend it.

Worst credit union EVER!! I have been lied to, hung up on and treated like a burden. Run from this group especially the Gainesville 43rd st location. Terrible, unprofessional, and an absolute waste of time.

Went in to withdraw money from a partner bank. Teller gave me a form and told to fill it out, at the kiosk across the lobby. When I returned I was informed THEN of a daily 2500 limit. That would have been nice to know before all the hassle. Oh and by the way, I have to use a walker to get around and I was the only customer in the building. Piss poor service!!

They held a check and released 200 of it then took it away after putting it in there. I never got any reason as to why, not an email or a call. Then I tried to get a refinance through them. Communication was poor staff acted as if I were a bother, a pretty simple refinance could not go through. I also tried to use the ATM and someone accidentally had my banking wrong so I was unable to use it until the issue was fixed. I thought this was a good bank with excellent customer service but they don't care about the small guy and that shows.
