Truist Pleasant Hill Rd, Kissimmee

My 70 y.o. father uses this branch. ONE woman runs the drive-thru and the counter at the same time, while people in the lobby wait four and five deep. Never has a manager on site. Never has a mortgage loan specialist on site. You evidently have to make a special appointment ahead of time, but you wouldn't know it... because they don't tell you these things until you go looking for someone. Oh, that person doesn't work at this location. It seems to be the red-headed step child of all their banks. Deposits don't show up for days after they've been made. Purchases take days to post, or even show up as pending, where as other banks show up in minutes. Do your homework. I'm working with my father to get him a new account at another bank where he will be much happier and have access to more branches without all the BS.

The worse branch, they never have a manager on site, they don't care about their customers wether you have an emergency or not their favorite word is NO, we can't do this we can't do that. I should have nerver leave my 13 year bank acount with wells fargo over this bank. I never been more disappointment they way I was treat it was very unfair.

I always deposit money on our Girl Scouts cookies account. The girls are pleasant and nice and the wait is none existent! I would recommend this bank if you don’t like to be waiting for ever.

I was told if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all.
