This bank is unprofessional, and if you do not check your account on a regular basis they will charge fees that you never knew exist. I’ve had several account analysis fees show up in my account for amount very excessive such as 383.00, $212.00, $128.00 all in one month and it has happened several times and nobody can tell me why.

do not try and apply for a home loan with Adrien Mack. This office has been so unprofessional and never got back with me on a home loan that I was pre approved on. I had my car payment through sun trust light stream and liked the customer service from Greensboro office but DO NOT GO TO HIGH POINT for a home loan.

My account is messed up and I can get in touch with no one.

Adrian was fantastic, he was more help than our own branch manager Michelle Kamp!!

Not really good option to pay auto loan

I'm truly dissatisfied with SunTrust, they mislead us into thinking they were merging with BB&T however my account was sold to First Horizon which I don't think you should tell me who to bank with. I contacted the local bank and they stated it depended on which branch you banked at however the SunTrust I banked at was not converted and they had no idea why my account was sold. I did all my banking at one bank now I have to go completely out of my way to withdraw money from an atm just to go back to SunTrust to pay on my accounts. Senseless and I'm very dissatisfied, I'm surprised this was allowed to happen legally. 😡

They give incorrect information. They charge you unnecessary fee and they are rude. When you contact customer service they refuse to allow you to speak with a supervisor. This bank is unprofessional and customer service skills lack in everyway. They lie to get you in and when you let them know they lied,they get mad at you. They show how much you as a customer means to them... (Nothing) The supervisor said " we have thousand of customers losing you will not hurt. So close the account." I would advise against starting an account with SunTrust Bank. You can't trust them.s

This place has a horribly slow drive-thru and they have messed up my request 2 of the last 5 times (withdrawing cash from one account, very CLEARLY stated, and it's been pulled from another...)

Super staff who go out of their way to help me meet my needs. They gave me options to choose from and seem genuinely interested in my well being
