    My first experience with Sheffield Financial was wonderful. My second experience began great. Somewhere in their system they duplicated my statements and send two bills monthly. One to physical address where I cannot receive mail and the other to my post office box. I have been fighting with Sheffield Financial to change my billing address to only the post office box since October of 2020. They still will not make the change, even after sending in two months of yellow stickers from the post office advising me to notify sender of the address change. They refuse to stop sending he mail to the physical address. I am at a loss of what to do to make sure I am the person receiving my mail. No one in the company has been able to do anything to help. I fear I will never get the title of the item I financed through them as they cannot seem to get my mail to me correctly. If you are going to finance through, be mindful to know where your mail is going. The customer service is a joke.

    I forgot to make a payment in December during Christmas madness. I never received a phone call, email or letter saying I was late. Now I have a 30-day late, it would have been nice to at least receive a reminder. I have never been more than a 2-3 days late in the past and I always got a call from them. Seems like they must have let people go! Will Never use them again, they denied my request to remove the mark from my credit even though I have always been on time for 3 years now.

    First call to Automated bill pay lead to a 30 minute wait time, to by disconnected. This is not the first time this has been a problem. Second call to customer support, I was on hold for 40 minutes until a Customer Service Representative answered. Representative was very apologetic about the situation, tried best to her ability to resolve, but I will be looking to transfer loan to another establishment.

    Worst website I've been to since the 90's! Not for mobile. Do not watse your time if you have trouble seeing small print because the website was obviously made for desktop only. Then, when you try to call expect AT LEAST an hour and a half to 2 hour call with most of that being on hold. I got a zero percent loan with a lawnmower I bought and it was like they were purposefully trying to make it hard to make a payment so I'd owe the interest that kicks in if a payment is late. Literally took me up to 3 days sometimes to finally make a payment. Can't express how glad I was to pay that loan off. I will never finance thru them again!

    So I'm not sure what's going on with this company. I applied last year for a mower for my business for 5,000 and was denied credit. The very next day applied for a more expensive mower with a different company and was approved with no money down. Today I applied for a sea dew not knowing they were the finance company Honda uses, again they turned me down but a hour later I get approved through another finance company. Look at my credit report everything with kubota is money yall could have made and not to mention the loan I got today from another finance company. Your supposed to be in the business to make money not watch other finance companies make the money!!!!!!

    After intering all the information requested 8 minutes later the machine stated the transaction can be completed or proceesed do to system updates. Then I was told thier offices was closed and the phone started ringing another extension. The first thing you should hear is thier system is down and to call back another time. Not have to go through the whole process. So I did take more of my time to post this review. Good luck to all!

    This company is in need of a major class on how to take care of the customer. I am not late or do I want to set up payments, I pay my bill on time or even before the due date. I have called you all at least 3 times a day, morning, lunch time, and even in to the evening. Only to be put on hold for a looooooooong period of time. This company has no worries about how they make the customer feel, and how long their customer is on hold. I have emailed this company 5 times asking for a payoff letter. Because I want to pay off this loan and NEVER EVER deal with this company. All because you can't take of a customer. Its pretty sad when a good customer that pays on time gets treated like this. I hope in the future you will learn from this and have someone pick up the phone and talk to your customers. You all could learn a lot from USSA Banking. They value and care about their customers. I hope to never deal with you all.

    I financed a purchase through this company. They never sent me information on how to make a payment. I don't have a loan number, nada, nothing! So I know there must be an upcoming payment. I tried to call the customer service and was on hold forever. No one came to the line in over 20 minutes. So I called again, selecting the "0" for operator. The phone rang for at least 10 minutes and no one ever picked it up. I have sent an email now hoping to get some response. Horrible way to do business and very frustrating.

    Not a Business loan Be aware. They offer Business loans but they are not. They put the loan on the personal credit of the principal that signs the application and not on the business credit. We purchased a trailer and financed it simply to build business credit and clearly stated that it needed to be under the company credit. We are paying off immediately since there is no reason to have this loan.

    This is likely a financial company....with a handful of employees As the magical " CUSTOMER SERVICE "....dept.... NEVER NEVER NEVER answers the phone Could this be.. because they're 1 or 2 people to do that??? Probably If you select option 0...zero You will get Irene at what she calls The front desk Irene... Will forward you back to The f.....ckers....that NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE from here.....IRENE.... LETS ADD SOME MORE SUB STANDARD SERVICE REVIEWS ....TOMORROW AND THE DAY AFTER AND SO FORTH PROBABLY....WE CAN GET ALL....6 OF YA ON HERE YAYYY
