I moved to this area and needed a bank account here in a hurry. They have an online system where I was able to set one up right from my phone. Their branch hours are extended so I can get in anytime of the week or weekend even with my crazy work schedule. The staff at the branch and when I call it over the phone Is always very helpful and friendly. I just had to put in a fraudulent claim report with a large franchise company and they got it taken care of and got me my money back within just a couple of days. They are awesome to work with.

So there are 4 workers and they are only dealing with one customer? It doesn't make sense at all. Why have all these workers in the first place. All they're doing is talking...I am glad they aren't my official bank.

Great staff. It's always a pleasure doing business with them. I bank with BB&T, M&T and SunTrust for my businesses and this location is by far the most enjoyable bank experience around.

Why post a closing time if just going to close whenever you want?

These guys are liars. They made a mistake on my account and took out my $100. First, they claimed I cashed a $100 check twice: at the Teller and then at the ATM!!! (How on earth is this possible??!) When they realized that claim didn’t make sense, Then They switched and claimed I withdrew $100 over the counter. Smh. This transaction never appeared on any of my statements and the branch was unable to provide any video proof. After one month of going back and forth with them, I had to close the account and I lost my $100. Terrible bank. They are not honest, transparent, and definitely can’t give good account of what happens to your money.

Very Professional and helpful staff, I came in earlier this week and the teller was very organized and well-prepared to handle my specific transaction. She went above and beyond by working past the scheduled closing time to complete my transaction and answer any questions that I had. Thank you Marisa!

Slowest branch. .. they have commercial customers in line with regular customers and only one teller open on a regular basis. ...sun trust as a whole sucks. ...

Staff has always been helpful and efficient.
