I had the most amazing and efficient process while working with Nick at First Heritage! Honestly, I didn't think I would be eligible to purchase, because I had been unemployed for so long! However, Nick made a way and was extremely friendly and available via email, text and phone; always available, always thorough! I'm interested in purchasing my first investment property and Nick with First Heritage is the first person I thought of to get the wheels rolling! These reviews are great for a reason; go for it! The experience was GREAT. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and responded to every question we had through out the entire process. It's been a long time since I purchased a home this experience was excellent. The only problem I had was the app didn't update our process. The staff did an excellent job keeping us updated so it was a small inconvenience but seeing the process would have been cool. Anyway thanks John Russel and First Home Mortgage and the entire team. So technically my rating would be a 4.5 but Google doesn't have 1/2 stars!!!

John and his team were fantastic. They were a word of mouth recommendation. As a first time home buyer, they talked me through every single question that I raised. The paperwork process and application were a breeze. They kept things simple enough for a first timer, but thorough enough where I didn't feel like I was being led astray.
