Bad Bad Bad Services, I got a long line to get till the counter, and she said she can helped me do the deposit but she didn’t finish her work, then she told me she can’t help me do all transactions. Even though you are in the business clients she didn’t help. The reason that she can’t help is the line getting long. You work slower and you didn’t done your work and let me come back later. I won’t go back to lineup again. Bad service, and slow service. Other people just just standing around.

People trust bank for their money and bank can’t even provide colored notarized copy to its customer. Hard to believe that multi national bank can’t keep colored printer at its location. Some people are too rude to their customer except Fatema . She was very helpful , kind and friendly. Please have colored printer .

I feel like I need to write a review on my experience today at the Arundel mills location. This is not my first time dealing with this branch, sadly. I went today to inquire about my card. I was told by an employee that I should make an appointment because of the wait. What wait? The one desk person was on her cell phone for a good ten minutes. I was sitting there waiting in the chair watching this guy at the cash window helping customer after customer while others just stood around, like they had no control or idea what was going on. Then the other desk person came to ask me what I needed. I told her I needed help with my card she said okay no problem, never saw her come out the back again. I then was asked by the guy, Michael, at the cash window what I needed help with today. I told him I needed help with my card. He advised me I needed to call and he would verify with them who I was. He was able to help me in the matter of minutes while still helping people at the cash window. I could not be more great full for his help. This guy is the only one in this branch with a sense of urgency and compassion and it shows. This isn’t my first time in this branch noticing this. I was shocked to find out he is not a manager. This branch should really rethink who their manager is. Going forward I will make sure he is working because the other people at this location have no sense of other peoples time or feelings. Sadly this is the only location that is open near me so I have no choice. Please make sure Michael gets Recognition. I would of spoke to the manager at the time but I didn’t want to wait any longer.

I have lost all faith in Bank of America years ago, I pulled my accounts two years ago due to customer service issues. Today I had no choice but to goto Bank of America because my landlords account is with them and I needed to pay my rent. Today was a breath of fresh air! I was greeted by Michael (I think that was his name he was a bald younger guy) as soon as I walked in the door. He asked how he could help me, with no hesitation he helped me. He was charming and super pleasant to speak with. He was fast to do my deposit and answer my questions. I am really considering leaving my current bank and coming back to Bank of America, this gentlemen really restored my faith in this bank just with this alone. He even went above and beyond as to sit with me and help with my other banks app for transferring the money to my landlord!

I come to my local bank of America at 12pm and there is a 15 person wait and only 1 teller. How is there only 1 teller to I understand that it is lunchtime but shouldn't there be like 4 tellers at all times if you're that busy of a bank? Update went back today and currently it's 9:04am and they are supposed to be open by 9am. There us a line of 10 people already. They better get new management at this location. A bank should be punctual.

Do not be responsible,awful, and not caring about customers. Spend 20 min to say they can not do any thing for us, and all the time push us because they have appointments for three persons at same time.

This establishment, Bank of America Financial Center locates at 7045 Arundel Mills Circle in Hanover, has its advantages and disadvantages based on my personal experience after visiting it. Advantages: - Great services - Less crowded compare to Columbia location - Drive through service Disadvantages: - Only one ATM - small parking lot. Would I recommend this place? Yes Would I come back in the near future? Yes

Final update. Waited a whole hour. Btw. Both of the drive thrus were closed. Really pushing mobile and atm use. Updating again adding to below: back again at 4pm. 20 people in line. Just heard a guy say he's been waiting for half an hour. Updating: why do I still bank here? Here on Monday July 1st 2018 at 12:20 p.m.. walked in and there's one clerk behind the counter with a line of about 15 people. Had to walk right back out. Line going out the door and they only have one person working the counter? I really need to switch Banks. Dropping my rating from a 3 to a 2. Old: Ever since the lady with red dye hair and glasses started working here, banking at this location had gotten more difficult. Every time it's something new. Today she made me come inside for a transfer from business to personal because fraud issues lately. Bull. They're my accounts with my name and photo. That lady is a problem. 12/30/16

For 30 minutes, maybe longer, only 1 teller at the counter, on a Friday, the last day of the month. It wasn’t until a customer had an issue and was holding up the line for 10 minutes did more employees come out to help with the line. Ridiculous. Only come here for business deposits and change, and now I’ll be cutting it very close getting back to my store to open on time after being in line almost an hour! Staff is nice, at least.

It was just BEFORE closing and they shut doors early. I tried to get their attention JUST FOR A SECOND not to be seen myself, but to let them know one of the ATMs outside was broken and that SOMEBODY’S BANKING INFORMATION WAS VISIBLE ON THE SCREEN (frozen). The two women at the registers totally ignored me (they heard me knocking). Shame that this location doesn’t take security seriously.

Excellent service. I needed a notary to complete a change on my account. The notary at my local branch was on vacation. I made an appt on line specifically for a Notary. We had no wait time. I am disabled and staff member in lobby opened door for me. This is a first for ANY of this bank’s branches. I am also pleased to see they have a Security Guard located outside the front entrance. My current home branch removed their guard. I actually opened my acct at this branch when it first opened and I lived in Severn, MD. It is nice to see that the Customer Service has not changed in more than a decade. Our only glitch was not Branch’s fault. They needed to call main phone number to make a change to on-line access. Sadly, branches have the same phone number to call as the general public. I feel that the Corporate Office should prioritize staff calls from branches.
