This branch was great back when it was still BB&T, but ever since the acquisition by Truist it has really gone downhill. I had a safety deposit box at this branch, and one good thing I can say is that the contents are safe, because NOBODY is getting in to that box --not even me. I wanted to close out the box because we're moving, and TWICE I went into the branch and waited over an hour without seeing anyone -- even when nobody was ahead of me in line! There's an online system that allegedly allows people to make appointments with bankers, but it doesn't seem to be working at all for this branch. If you're a fan of long lines and no service, this is definitely the bank for you.

This bank is completely horrible. Ever since I’ve joined, it’s been nothing but problems! Their “overdraft” policy is a scam! They take money from you and will lie to your face or blame you. Horrible when it comes to depositing a check writing to you but from another bank!! Will no longer be banking with this trash of a “bank”!!!!

Legitimately the worst financial institution on the face of the planet. Everyone in here is absolutely useless. You'd be better off burning your money. I'm tired of being lied to and overcharged due to THEIR negligence and sheer ignorance. Take your money elsewhere!!!

Both covington locations stay closed and the drive through lines are unbearable, be prepared to sit in line for an hr. The app sucks.. I really can't think of any good experience I had yet.

They're gonna lose a lot of business/ customers. Ever since they closed down this location in square BB&T merged to Truist it's been a pain. 1 truist bank for entire city. People standing in line all the way to the parking lot, arrows only go one way. don't go through there with a trailer. I had to drive in the grass over the curve to get out of there. 3 rows of vehicles waiting all the way to the other businesses parking lot. It doesn't make any sense. I waited 45 mins to use the ATM other week.

Went to the bank today to get some money out. This is how it unfolded, was standing in line talking to manager of bank about when the changing was going to happen. I was talking to the mabager why a lady in front of being taken care of. She left and I walk up because I was next. The teller didn't ask if she could help me , instead she ask the lady behind me. I move out of her way and lady walk up . The teller started talking care of her instead of me. The thing I didn't like was I'm white and the Manager and teller are black. Now , in all my life I got friends of all colors and I'm not raciest at all, but there's people out there that has that problem. If you are working at a place that are dealing with all kind of people. Maybe you don't need to work there or any where else, if you can't work with people of all colors. Also for the record ALL LIVES MATTER. NOT JUST ONE COLOR. Thanks.

If I could give zero stars I would....longtime customer...victim of Bookit Fraud where they stole everyone’s money then admitted it and said go to bank for refund and BB&T denied the claim. Obvious services not rendered fraud. Find another bank. Your hard earned money isn’t safe there when making large purchases

Bank drive thru could be better. Seems like a too small of a Parking lot as well.
