Philip and his Co-workers took their time to answer our questions, gave an easy to understand checklist of documents needed, discussed all financial/loan options in detail, listened to our concerns, and guided us through every step even after closing!!!!

Philip did such a great job that we closed 8 days early and it was one of the smoothest closings that the real estate attorneys had seen in months. We finished signing the paperwork and were done before Philip arrived for the closing. The attorneys commented that they never have a problem when Philip is involved in the process.

This is the third house I have bought and gone through the process. I cannot say enough how WONDERFUL and SMOOTH this process with Trinity Mortgage as gone!! My other two houses/different mortgage companies was nothing like this one. Phillip and Beth were awesome to work with!! I started the entire process and closed in actually 3 and a half weeks, and due to their fantastic communication, speed, and organization- I maybe spent only 3-4 hours total of my time having to answer questions or gather paperwork. Phillip and his team are the best. My wife and I have used them twice and were pleased both times. Philip was fantastic to work with. Being a first time home buyer can be a nerve wracking experience, but he helped walk us through every step of the way very patiently and was very kind. Philip and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They worked around my schedule. This including answering questions and phone call at 9PM and on the weekends.
