It’s seem like everyone that work at this bank have a bad attitude.

Make no mistake....the customer service here is top notch!!...especially Jamal...he is courteous and knowledgeable. ..BUT...PLEASE!!...PLEASE fix mobile banking...especially from Friday-Monday...do they disable it?...for the last 6 mos. on Friday-Monday, you cant get into mobile banking....the message says "mobile banking is unavailable...try again later"...i have tried on several phones but its the same....which doesnt help you in a checkout line or b4 the check comes for your food....because you can NEVER get in it...... PLEASE FIX!!!

Suntrust puts your checks on hold for an extended period of time if it is a large amount. Give you small amounts of money over a week before they clear the full amount. I should’ve closed my accounts with Suntrust a long time ago for similar reasons. I guess they invest your money then issue it to you in a week. I will be sure to close my accounts asap.

This is the worst Suntrust Branch I’ve ever been to... they are consistently not working, computers down, slow service... it’s pretty bad.

I have been here many times. I just don't recommend to come in during your lunch hour. It is understandable they have lunch too, but it took me about 30 mins to withdraw cash inside the building with the associate. I notice it was just one person working front counter and drive-thru. A totally different experience from next door (WELLS FARGO), they have multiple associates available for front counter only, and it took me about 5 mins. I hope my next experience is different.

UPDATE:. June, 2020 The ATM has finally been updated BUT it will not accept your deposit!!!...it tells you one serial # is invalid (counterfit)..fortunately we got the money from the teller next door and returned every bill....we took it back to the ATM at SunTrust and the same message was printed...we were finally told the ATM was malfunctioning...COME ON PEOPLE!!!...ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE...the ATM at the gas station works more than this one does... it's necessary during these times and you all aren't making it any easier!!!😡...Fix-This-Mishugina!!! 11 months ago ...can anyone explain to me why the only ATM at this Bank does not work on a Payday or Friday?...for the last 3 months this is been going on and if it so happen to be working on a Friday ...then it's not working on Saturday if it's not working on Saturday then it'll come on on Sunday what is wrong with the ATM its only one... can't it be fixed or replaced? The next branch is in collierville...bad if u arent going that way!!!😡

Latoya is great. Customer service is gold star worthy. She brings great pleasure for me banking at suntrust.
