Orion Federal Credit Union Lowrance Rd, Memphis

Been with OFCU for a few years now and I've never been overdrawn. I've been working my job for a year now. At 1st everytime I deposited my payroll check they put it on hold. Finally they stopped that then today I went to deposit my check and they wouldn't deposit it because it's post dated. Please keep in mind it's ALWAYS post dated. I usually get my check on Wednesday or Thursday and it's dated for Friday. Also keep in mind my payroll check has NEVER RETURNED!! I use to work for a bank and I know for fact banks and credit unions can cash post dated checks. A check is payable upon demand unless the payee submits a formal post-dating notice with your bank. This banks is not convenient at all. You can't use Zelle or checking account verification apps. And they have no customer service number to call after 5 or on weekends. I have no choice at this point but to open an account somewhere else. Over it!!

I've had good experiences working with the management at this branch including opening my account, switching to a new account after my card was stolen, opening an account for my son, and investing in some CD's. All three ladies in management that I've worked with have been very professional and helpful. I've also had good experiences going through the teller line.

The customer service experienced with this bank is absolutely atrocious. I have a wonderful credit score and this one my first time applying for a car loan. The process took over a month and a half due to poor communication and undedicated bankers. After two months of consistently calling trying to get updates on the status of my loan, I have finally decided to go elsewhere to purchase my first car. I would not reccommend this bank to any knew consumer looking for reliability and great customer service. It has literally been the worst experience yet!

They are great treated me with repect. Outstanding bank very professional. Home loan , car loan and visa card. If had known about early. I would have been with them sooner.

Quick process. The nice ladies there fixed some things that one of the other Orion’s couldn’t seem to handle

EXTREMELY slow, uncaring about your time or concerns. NEVER enough staff at the drive through window. Should hv at least 2 clerks at all times......even if the manager needs to step up.

I have been banking with Orion over 20years, I contacted Orion's member customer service on Friday 10-2 to discuss my account had been compromised. I was told to go to the nearest location to get final resolve of the issue. I traveled to the hacks cross location on Saturday morning and was told you have to speak back to the agent you initially talk with to get the issue resolve. ..I am thinking are you serious, now I have to drive back home , wait until Monday and have someone look in my record in hopes they can locate the person I talk to last to resolve this issue...That's to much! Ain't nobody got time for that! I could not believe even the Manager could not resolve the problem . That sent up a major red flag, that was very concerning especially when you are managing my money...So I made the best decision I knew at that moment, I could not worry about this over the weekend or have confidence in this bank any longer.. I withdrew all of my funds and closed the account. I am so done with Orion.

I opened an account and felt the staff was responsive and answered my questions. They even set up an auto deposit from my other TN bank. I was happy with the service and am looking to see if I can obtain additional savings using their products.

I have bank with Orion fcu for several years and have taken out loans before with this credit union...was denied a loan for unclear reasons and when I tried to follow up and gain clarity about the matter...the young lady that handled my loan did answer my phone calls or emails(Unprofessional)... I felt unvalued as a customer and the loan officer was racist... Do yourself a favor bank somewhere were there a professional friendly environment...

Ok so it takes 2-3 days for cash to be posted into your account if you make the deposit into the atm...but my whole issue with that is if you see the money has been deposited and something has came out and caused you to get an overdraft fee I feel like the overdraft fee should be reimbursed because you see the money was in there JUST NOT POSTED....I SERIOUSLY hate banks sometimes.....
