I love the fact that I can bank and shop at the same place and they have always be professional to me, I really like this bank, the big banks you kind of get lost if you don't have a lot of money

I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. They are not professional. The manager was rude talking and not helpful. This location is ghetto, and I say that because many of reasons. I'm a New customer and they are not welcoming to women like that only friendly and helpful with men. Not to mention the lady who was assisting me was having Conversations talking all over me to another guy. They deserve 0 stars.

In-house staff has always been helpful. On phone customer service was very rude. Information from in-house staff & on phone CSR didn't match. Wasn't given all information when I opened account; too many unnecessary fees. Closed both accounts.

Excellent customer service, especially on a Saturday afternoon! Mine was not your typical transaction, but both the teller and the manager took the extra time needed to make sure everything was processed properly. I would give more stars if I could and would move my business there if I lived closer. Thank you ladies for a pleasant experience!

This is a horrible bank. I thought having a bank in Walmart would be great. When my husband and I first came to open our joint account we were here for almost 2 and a half hours . The lady who was helping us had no idea what she was doing. She messed up our account and didnt even have it as a joint account we were not given any paperwork for our bank account and the customer service was ridiculous. We came back to set up our direct deposit and that's when we found out they had our account as something else and we had to wait all over again while they still had no idea what they were doing . Now today when we go in to deposit our check for one the staff is no help for two their attitudes are ridiculous and they should not be working a job dealing with any type of customer service. It took over 20 min just to deposit our check that's ridiculous. The teller was very rude this is the worst experience we have had at any bank . We are switching banks asap people shouldnt have to deal with all this bs and attitudes people sitting there gossiping and cussing instead of doing their job all of this right in front of the customers . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK TO ANYONE!!!!

Not a professional group at this branch. Feels like a prison setting. You conduct business via a phone and the CSR is behind a closed door while you talk via a phone receiver and monitor. The CSR was rude and not very helpful. Would give zero stars if google would let you. If you must use FSNB please use the Collierville Branch.

I like them....I kinda messed my name up with other banks and they gave me a chance to do right
