Just want to give kudos to Laura Sanchez del Solar at this branch. I had experienced a lack of communication for a request I submitted to the Truist corporate customer service line, so I reached out to a local branch unsure if they would be able to help. Laura took the time to listen, stay in contact throughout the process, and found a resolution to my concern.

I do not like BB&T. My wife has been with them for about 20 years now. Finally we will be done with BB&T. This review is specifically for a wonderful branch banker by the name of Laura Sanchez Del Solar. As we have been trying to close the accounts, we are facing one obstacle after another and it is very frustrating. Despite our frustration, Laura kept her cool and was very polite and professional. She greeted us promptly and welcomed us. Thank you Laura for great service!

This is the worst bb&t I've been to. Every time I go I have to wait more than 30 minutes to speak to a personal banker. I end up getting upset and leaving. The one time I did get to speak to a personal banker I was supposed to be getting a $50 referral bonus but I never got that money.

I opened a personal and business account today and I am really considering closing it already. Long wait times and very unorganized.

Do to lack of employees the lobby is closed need a appointment to enter lobby only drive up window open

My husband deposited some money into our account on 9/26 using the atm and before the cash deposit was complete, the atm displayed it was out of service. I called and spoke with Andy who said they do not get their atm serviced until Tuesday 10/2 however he would try to have them out there sooner. Tuesday came and went and I had not heard anything regarding the money. I called that afternoon and spoke with him and he stated it would be an additional two business days before I would have an answer. Two days later no call. They deposited some of the money but I am still missing $15 and a phone call from Andy. Poor customer service. Finally spoke with the claims and fraud department, apparently the banker who put the claim in stated $300 when they were told on three occasions it was $315 that was missing from our account. I will not ever use this bank nor would I recommend them. I’ve had BB&T for almost ten years and this is ridiculous. Waiting on your money for fourteen days after having just giving birth is unacceptable because someone did not pay attention to the details.

Atm is always acting up or not working, only thing i dont like🙄

Best bank in town. Dealing with them since 1987. Fine people
