    I loved my experience. Easiest and fastest car buying experience I had. I emailed Chad my information the night before and told him what I wanted. Unfortunately they just sold that car. When I got there the next morning I knew what I wanted. Between him & Anthony I was in/out in less than 2 hours. Everything was done. They knew I was on a tight schedule and hadn't been to bed. But, I feel Nurses who work in hospitals should be entitled to the same discount as 1st responders and military. We work front line also.

    First off I love the people there in the service department they are very friendly. I have a 2018 Hyundai Sonata I bought from west broad Hyundai as a used car a year ago. I have taken my car there 2 times for the same problem in the past month; a rattling sound when I escalate. The first time it was a crack in the oil pan. I’m glad they caught that but that was not the issue and they said it was the cause of it. I got the oil pan replaced and continued to hear a rattling sound. I took it back a month later and they said it’s carbon built up. 3 days later my car starts rattling again I’m no car expert but I don’t think carbon builds up that quickly, but I could be wrong. I think they just don’t want to deal with the real problem or spend the time to inspect my engine properly. I’m tired of having to continue to take my car back for the same problem but for a different reason. Again the people are very nice there but they are not solving the problem.

    I just purchased a pre-owned Mazda here. Chad Taylor was awesome to work with. He knew exactly what I needed and had great suggestions for vehicles for me to test drive. It was a great experience!

    The service center is terrible. You can't make an appointment online (at least within the next few months from what I can see). When you call, you get no answer. When you leave the one voicemail they tell you to leave, they don't call back. I called for weeks and nobody ever answered the service line. I finally spoke to a manager who got me an appointment. I took the day off work to get my car fixed only to have them screw up the heat in my car when it's 20 degrees out. I do not recommend getting your car serviced there. The customer service is absolutely terrible!

    Some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I'll start by saying the guy who initially helped me is so condescending and not helpful. I didn't have an appointment but my car was obviously not driving appropriately so I took it in and he begins by telling me I can't just leave my car here and expect them to get to it. I tell him well I'm under warranty so this is my only option. So he schedules me an appointment for 3 weeks away. I tell him that my check engine light code is reading as unable to engage first gear and is shifting wrong. I proceed to tell him that three times before he says "well you have a dual clutch transmission, it's not going to get any better". I have been driving this car for 5 years, I am very well aware of how poorly the 2016 hyundai tucsons shift, this was entirely different and my check engine light was on. The car would practically come to a stop when trying to accelerate before shooting forward. So I drove this car home, terrified of being rear ended the entire time. They offered me no other solutions or a loaner vehicle despite being under warranty and having bought this vehicle from this dealership. Thankfully, Chester allowed me to bring my vehicle in sooner. However, I needed a new transmission. They seemed to never be able to fit the car back in to replace the transmission and only called me one time to tell me what needed to be done. After 3 long weeks with no car, all was finally fixed. So I want to thank the inital guy for sending a 7 month pregnant woman to drive home in a car that was unsafe and needed a new transmission. Super helpful. 5 stars to Chester, 0 to the rest of this facility. I will never own a hyundai again.

    Super unprofessional. I have purchased 2 2022 elantras from this dealer and they seemed to be fine. I tried to call and get an appointment for an oil change and nobody in service will answer the phone. When someone finally answered the phone they hung up on me then wouldnt pick up again. I called the sales number to ask if I could bring it up there or if I needed an appointment and the gentleman who I believe he answered as Daryl didn't say anything and just transferred me to service without answering my question. No surprise service did not answer the phone. I called the sales number back and Daryl answered again. When I asked him if he transferred me he said yea you have to talk to service. As I was explaining that they didn't pick up and I was calling to ask if I could just come for an oil change he hung up the phone mid sentence and transferred me back to service. I have never been so disrespected by a sales person and that Is saying alot because car salespeople are generally the lowest type of people you will meet. Like I said I bought 2 2022 elantras from them this year and will be in the market in the future for vehicles for my business. I can promise you I will not be returning to west broad hyundai when I need to purchase vehicles for my business or personal use.

    I'm extremely pleased with the vehicle. I enjoyed working with the representative. I am personally quite displeased with a final gouge that was added to the pricing. I expected to pay Full Tilt Plus, considering how the present political admin in Washington has destroyed our Nation. It was fully understood and agreed upon until the Treatment Protection Package was added to an already enormous total and I was told that it HAD TO BE ADDED OR THEY WOULD NOT SELL THE VEHICLE! This is Not Legal in any respect and pretty much destroyed what should have been and understanding experience between all parties. They just had to push it that domino over ! This is evidently how Page Auto demands that business be conducted by the President/CEO, and VP out of their Florida location.

    Just purchased an SUV from West Broad Hyundai. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ryan Tharp was my sale person. It was nice to visit a dealership and not have someone pressuring you to purchase. He answered all questions did not try to rush to finalize anything. I explained the features I wanted and he took the time to tell me which of the vehicles had those features. The finance person took the time to explain each page that needed to be signed. It was nice to go to a dealership and not spend half a day trying to complete everything. I was very pleased with the experience.

    Absolutely fantastic service. Both times I brought my 2011 Sonata here I was expecting to pay WAY more than I actually ended up paying. They even once managed to get a seized engine covered under a recall for me! They literally saved me from having to purchase an entire new car! I HIGHLY recommend this location for your automotive repair needs.

    Ryan Tharp called me with the great news that the exact specifications I had requested in a Palisade was available. I met him at the dealership the next morning and finalized my purchase even though he was catching a flight that day. Everything went smoothly and I'm so thankful this dealership isn't gouging customers with markups on their cars during this shortage of inventory. I had another dealership quote me $9k over MSRP.     The staff was very professional and exceptional at what they do. I’ve only had the best service at West Broad Hyundai. My car was fixed within a couple of hours-far faster than I’d anticipated.     I had done quite a bit of research online about what vehicle I wanted to purchase and eventually through the magic of Google was lead to West Broad Hyundai. I've driven a 2005 Elantra for the last 5 years and was ready for a serious upgrade...I requested some information on the 2015 Elantra Sport model through their online submission system and was contacted fairly quickly by one of their phone reps. I was able to setup a test drive for that same day with Chester, one of their internet salesmen. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by the sales manager Ryan who was very friendly and offered me an assortment of fresh brewed coffees and Tazo teas. I sat down with Chester and started discussing the vehicle I was interested in, which was ready and waiting for the test drive outside. His knowledge and passion for the product was definitely evident and his honest approach put me at ease. It was also nice when we chatted a bit about other topics which helped break up all the official aspects of the sale. He was someone I could definitely have a beer with. The final leg of the sale was handled by Hank in the financing department who offered an assortment of add-ons which is a standard procedure for all dealerships. I ended up getting a year worth of pre-paid maintenance in order to avoid having to guess which mechanic to take my car to every time I need an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all honestly and to my satisfaction. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience and the people I interacted with at West Broad Hyundai! Oh and the car is awesome :)

    I went to go speak with a sales man about trading my car in. I was unsure about some issues I had with the car. I met a sales man names Carl, who was amazing!! This was the best car buying experience I have had. The customer service was better than I could have hoped for. He was kind, patient, informative and walked me through the process. A few people had stayed later than the closing time to continue making my car experience fantastic. I would give 10 stars to West Broad Hyundai if I could!! Keep up the great customer service! I highly recommend them if you are looking to upgrade or buy a new car!

    I can’t say much about the sales end of this place because I did not purchase from them. However the service department is TERRIBLE. Stay far far away, not only were they extremely rude the work performed on our motor replacement was laughable. The bearings go bad in these motors very common but we got it replaced under warranty. After being without a vehicle for a couple of months we were told it was done we went picked up the car learned they replaced the engine but not the turbo? Well worked great for about two weeks before the turbo died. We took it to another local shop they told us take it back to Hyundai the turbo died from the debris from the bearings going bad. They said it was very unusual to have this engine replaced and re use the old turbo. They also found a missing manafold bolt and two others were only hand tight, heat shield were not attached, just shotty work. The mechanic and manager told us sorry about our luck. Even some folks at another Hyundai said we got screwed and apologized for our experience. Now I can probably lawyer up and spend more money and energy fighting this or just tell everybody I know to stay away from this dealership. If your motor goes bad (which most do) or you need service take the extra drive and go to colonial or another dealership because these guys suck.

    Dylan, thank you for your feedback. I have spoken with the service manager and he indicated that the turbo does not normally get replaced when we replace engines. He said also we submitted to Hyundai to cover the repair of the turbo and they declined it, since Cierra's car has 118,000 miles on it, and the car had been driven 3,000 miles before the turbo malfunctioned. The folks you spoke to at the other Hyundai store would have had the same result. They would have submitted a claim to Hyundai and they would have turned it down for the same reason. We are happy to put you in touch with the region service manager to see if you can change their mind. We'd would like nothing better than to get your Santa Fe back on the road. It is unclear why you think we were rude; our service team behaved in a professional manner. Neither you or Cierra have serviced this car or any other Hyundai with us prior to the engine failure, so your experience with us is only limited to this one repair. You didn't bring the car back to us initially, so we were not able to review and address the apparently missing / loose bolts and heat shield with our mechanic. Those issues are within our control; we expect better than that, and apologize for that.

    I bought my first car here and had a phenomenal experience. Dill was very professional and polite, he assisted me with getting most everything done before I even got there. He was very knowledgeable, and answered every question I had. Michael in finance was very helpful, and made the paperwork a breeze. I also came to get my auto armor on a few days later. Jimmy in the service department was super helpful, and put me in a nice loaner car and got the job done quick. Overall very happy with my choice in choosing West Broad Hyundai.

    Although the work performed is more expensive as compared to the Mom & Pop repair shops, pricing is comparable to other car dealerships. The maintenance work quality is good. All employees perform their jobs in a professional manner and represent the dealership well. The work is usually completed in the time frame quoted by the Service Advisor except in situations where a unforeseen problem is discovered.

    This place does not honor their promises. Salesmen will offer all sorts of things to get you to buy, but then you find out the things aren't even offered (car wash with service, loaner cars, etc...) or they don't have authorization to offer it. I feel I was swindled into a lease and will never purchase from here again. Manager even chastised me for asking about a loaner car when I brought mine in for service because "thats only for warranty issues" even though salesman told me I'd get one anytime I brought in for service so I wasnt "slowed down having to wait". Even the waiting room here only offers vending machines...just wish I had gone somewhere where they care about customer service.

    I first went to the Pohanka dealership service to fix an issue I had with my car, they told me my car doesn't have the feature I am having issues with. Completely making me out to be some crazy person thT is asking them to fix something that wasn't there. I called westbroad hyundai, they got me in right away, fixed my problem in under 20 minutes and had me on my way. I will now only be going to westbroad hyundai for service to my car.I can't thank them enough for hearing me out and actually listening to me.

    The transmission died in my Chevy and I needed a new car ASAP. I spent a lot of time researching before selecting the car I wanted. I reached out to Hyundai via their text option to see if the vehicle I had found was available. It was and they were able to make an appointment for me with a range of time that I would be arriving at the dealership. When I got there, they immediately introduced me to one of their sales reps. Since they knew which car I was looking at online, it didn’t take long for them to pull the car around for me to test drive (after checking my ID and following all of their compliance rules). The drive thankfully went really well and I knew very quickly that I liked the car. I told them my budget range and they were able to get within it! The entire process took maybe 2 hours and I had been warned by family and friends to expect a 3-4 hour process. Everyone was very nice and helpful!

    I went here to purchase a car yesterday. I walked around to look at several vehicles and waited for someone to come out to help me. I could see 2 people sitting at their desks. Yet no one came out to acknowledge me. I eventually left and on the way home stopped at the Mazda dealership. The staff there was friendly and extremely helpful. And yes I purchased a loaded 2021 Mazda CX3.

    I took my vehicle today without an appointment for service-related issue. I didn't know if the part was covered under warranty, but thankfully is was. The dealership also had the part that I needed, so they were able to fix it right away.     I needed new headlight bulbs so I went to the parts department to buy some and figured I'd have a long struggle to figure out how to install lights on a newer car. The parts guy wanted to make sure they were the right ones and he went out and installed them for me and even gave me helpful tips! From the time I walked in to when I left it was 10 mins max. I'm so grateful for his help and quick service. Definitely coming here for all future services!!

    Communication was very poor! I tried reaching out and leaving voicemails multiple times with no call back. I told the man I had a warranty and gave the information. My mom also called and told the guy the same thing. Then, continued to tell us he didn’t remember us talking him I had a warranty. I left a voicemail and everything discussing my warranty. This is the 2nd time I had to bring my car here with the same issue. Would like to give the benefit of the doubt and say the first time, they had accidentally overlooked the problem, but it was more than most likely carelessness and laziness. I will NOT be returning.

    By recommendation from the towing company my vehicle was towed here on Saturday 6/25 and prior to it being towed I was told I could get an appointment on Monday. I have been trying to reach anybody at the service department since 0830 this morning and when I reached out to the operator and told them I can’t reach service, they told me ”It bees like that sometimes.” Finally someone answered the phone and they send me to an agent who has a voicemail message that states they are out of town until the 20th. Today being the 27th I assumed I’d be able to speak to them regarding setting up an appointment. This is my first and last time dealing with West Broad.

    They charge $1500 for a pre-applied "nano diamond" coating. I asked for more information on the coating (there are some that are well worth this and some that you should pay to remove immediately) and where it is applied since that wasn't mentioned anywhere. I said I wasn't interested in providing contact info but just wanted a little info. They immediately asked me for contact information like they didn't hear me. When I refused they ended the conversation. Just another scammer who only wants customers who don't ask questions.

    I bought my 2020 Kona from here and I love it! The sales rep we spoke to listened to every need and we got our monthly payment down to my ideal max (emphasis on my). My most recent visit was to get my oil change and a quick walk-around they were done in just the amount of time they estimated. Great staff and service.

    Since yesterday I have been trying to reach the service department and nobody is answering. I contacted the sales department to speak to an actual real person and I got transferred within the middle of me speaking twice within the sales department. Hyundai is supposed to be customer service oriented and I don’t see how that is customer service oriented. I’m still waiting to hear from a manager.

    Let me first start by saying I love the car I purchased. A 2017 Yukon Denali XL. Aside from that there is nothing positive I can say. I did purchase the car out of state and this is not the first time doing so. From the signing of the paper to now three months later I’ve had nothing but problems. I was constantly told that the car was on its it’s way day after day and went without a car for my family because they did not properly communicate the delivery. When the car finally arrived, it had no gas and I had to immediately drive to a gas station to fill it up. I’ve been promised a gas card and have yet to see one. It’s been three months and I am already having to replace all 4 tires , the brakes, and a condenser in the air conditioning. These are things that the dealership should have cheapies prior to the car being shipped out. I have felt that I have been told things not true since the day I purchased this car. This dealership may stand by there work in there service department but they do not produce action and I would not recommend buying a car here. I really had high hopes for them as they were the only dealership that offered a lifetime powertrain warranty .

    Mr Stanley, I appreciate your feedback about your Denali and your experience with us. I will check with the used car manager and service manager to see what work was done to the vehicle. Our service team does a full inspection on each used car, and my used car manager authorizes the necessary repairs to make the car road worthy and of the quality we are willing to sell on our lots. We won't replace brakes and tires if they still have life in them, but we will if they are marginal. If it requires extensive work, we will wholesale it rather than try selling it to a customer. I will check on the gas card. You should have received that already if it was committed to you.

    We found a needle in a haystack when we found our 2018 Santa Fe (with 3rd Row) at a value that was the lowest around! It was being serviced when we arrived and we were the first to see it before it was detailed. Ramon, the sales associate, assisted us during the purchase. He was very friendly and personable; however, he had a couple keystroke errors on the paperwork that delayed the processing time. He was a new hire and probably needs some more training with understanding the process. Alex, the sales manager, took the extra time with us and made sure that the vehicle was to our satisfaction. When we purchased the vehicle, it was in need of upholstery cleaning and Alex provided a loaner vehicle for us to use until the cleaning was taken care of. He even had Renee deliver our car to our home, so we didn't have to make an extra trip to return the loaner vehicle. She made sure we were satisfied with our vehicle before she left. We would definitely recommend them for their sales department and will be taking our new purchase to their service department for future maintenance!

He answered all of my questions and was super patient with my last minute decisions to test drive another car. I am super excited for my new Santa Fe!

    Never has parts in stock. Usually have to wait 3-4 days for parts to be ordered. Tried to give them several chances, and vehicle returned to me with a different issue. Had to be towed from Hyundai to NTB due to no parts. Terrible customer service! Had to put 1 star in order to post review.

Regrettably, it is just not possible for us to carry every part for every model and model year. It takes space which we don't have, and costs money for parts that we may never sell. Additionally, there is a nationwide parts shortage, so it is taking longer than usually to get the parts we need to complete repairs.     A dear friend of mine had her engine go out. They told her it would take a week to get an appointment. Once the appointment was finally made, they said it would take two days to get the parts and a couple of more to repair it. Well, it’s been a solid 3 weeks now and she STILL does not have a vehicle! AND...they just told her the parts are on back order for at least another 3 weeks. On top of all this, they do not have loaner vehicles and they only pay up to $20/day for a rental vehicle from Enterprise. Where can you get a rental for $20/day?! And they don’t have loaner vehicles?! What reputable dealership does not have loaner vehicles for customers? ESPECIALLY when all parts are still under warranty and it’s not the customer’s fault?! I do NOT recommend purchasing from here! And Paul (one of the “service soldiers” as he called himself) is extremely rude, inconsiderate, does not return voicemail calls and not personable at all. He needs to start over from training and try again!

    Mr Jones, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback regarding the issue your friend is having with her car. We are doing what we can to get her car back on the road. As you said, parts are on back order, and that is not anything we can control. As soon as those parts arrive, we will make the necessary repair as quickly as we can. We do have a loaner car program for our service customers who purchased their car from us, as a benefit for buying from us. Your friend did not buy her car from us, and she has not been using us for her regular maintenance. We submitted a request to Hyundai for rental car reimbursement on her behalf, and they agreed to cover the cost up to $20 a day. They also agreed that the repair is covered by Hyundai's warranty, so they will cover the cost of the repair as well. Regarding Paul, I spoke with the service manager and he assured me that he has addressed this with Paul, and we apologize that your friend did not have a top notch service experience with him, as is our goal.

    I bought my brand new 2020 Elantra from them in September 2020. On 3/24/2021, take my car in to get the brakes worked on since they are under warranty and had vibrations and aren't working properly. They resurface the rotors and said they are perfect. Following day I almost hit a car. The day after, they bled the system. Nothing changed. Mark was rude and condescending, his tone was even doubting my sanity! He stated the service manager tested the car and it was fine. So the car has been sitting in a parking lot since 3/27/2021 because they refused to acknowledge the issue and it's unsafe to be driven. I guess they simply don't want to put time into diagnosing a car for warranty repairs since that doesn't make them any money.

    Ms Gimenez, thank you for your feedback regarding your service visit. The service team has done all they can do to make you happy with the repairs done to your vehicle. The vibration you initally reported was resolved by turning the rotors. You felt there was still a problem, so the service manager rode with you, and the Hyundai's Region Service Manager came to look at your car. We even arranged for you to drive other Elantra for comparison. It has been determined that the brakes are working as they should. We get paid for warranty work the same as we do when the customer pays, so the fact that this was a warranty repair has no impact on the subsequent diagnosis. We don't replace parts that don't need to be replaced and we can't fix something that is not broken. You've not had the vehicle too long, so we hope that the more you drive the vehicle, the more accustomed you will become to how the Elantra brakes.

    I worked with Chad Taylor, Product Expert, who was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable. I did not feel pressured to purchase, but in fact felt comfortable from the onset of working with him in my search for a vehicle. I didn't lease a car from him this go around, but because of his persona, care, and expertise, will be back to the dealership in a few years to hopefully work with him again - and lease an auto from him!

    No Impressed - sorry long story I needed a new passenger side mirror, nothing fancy just needed the part and to get an idea on the cost to install. Called the service department, they gave me price for install and paint and said I would need to add the cost of the part on to the total - why did I have to figure that out? Spoke to parts department, got price of part and was advised it comes pre painted (apparently the two teams can't talk to each other...) Called back to schedule install, rep asked to see the car to give accurate quote and price, no big deal. Asks me to come in the afternoon - I said I can come around 4 and was advised not a problem. Showed up at 3:55PM and guy said, oh I thought you were coming earlier, manager has left for the day. Got the parts manager, he gives me a price and has me come inside to purchase. I asked about install and am again told I need to talk to the service department, yeah the guy that came to get him to get me the part. Guy doesn't want to schedule anything until the part is in b/c if they don't have the part for the appointment, they can't do anything. Anyway Parts guy says 2 business days and they'd call me .. they didn't call me. I call 1.5 weeks later and they just say, "yeah it's here". No apology for either not calling or the delay (not sure which) and no information on hours to come pick up. Also didn't ask me if we wanted them to install it. Overall terrible experience, felt like I was imposing on them with every interaction. Getting it installed at my trusted Moore Cadillac body shop who are amazing!

    Excellent and timely service. Very pleasant waiting area with coffee and snacks available. Perfect for catching up with work while your car is being serviced. Very professional service. I would suggest to work on more timely on-site waiting availability. The soonest available for me was two weeks out for an oil change. Just a recommendation.

    I love my Genesis. Great car all around. Have been critical of customer service. Thought the difference from Hyundai should reflect a higher standard. The attention to detail from Mark Williams has changed my attitude. He goes above and beyond. Being customer oriented cannot always be taught; however, Mark demonstrates this in every degree.

    This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Ricky Atkins and Kevin Holmes and can say hands down their customer service is unparalleled. The process was efficient, the pricing was fair, the service was exceptional. When I came back to get my auto armor, Kevin even remembered my name and Ricky called to follow up and see how everything went with the service department. It was a genuine commitment to service because it continued even after I made the purchase. Everyone from the manager to finance to my salesperson was fantastic, full of smiles and energy.     Best car buying experience ever. Markus was really awesome to work with on the sales side and Mike got me a great deal on financing that was better than what my credit union was offering. Everyone was really courteous and laid back, no gimmicks or hard sell tactics.
