Truist Belair Rd, Nottingham

This Branch has horrible customer service ATM machines are down often. When they don't want to do something they tell you to go elsewhere. Staff is not friendly. They've been short staffed for months. Oftentimes during business hours when branch should be open you can't get in because it's only one person. This Branch should be shut down and they all should be FIRED.

Has to be the worst by far I have been having money taken out of my account and I don't get off work till 330 do when I call at 3:35 there closed and the office hours are 7 to 4 they won't call me back and I have been telling people that have asked me where to bank not to bank here because they barely help me at all when I need it

If I could Give 0 Stars I would Custom Service is HORRIBLE HERE PLEASE USE ANOTHER BRANCH it's not worth the stress

This bank is a joke, false advert. I opened an account with BB&T in October because i got the promotion letter in the mail. I came into this branch and Met with Aissoau. She explained everything to me but never told me if my account was in a negative i will be disqualified in getting the promotion of $200 to my account. I made sure i met all requirements. What makes me super upset!! is that even if you are at a zero balance or negative 89 cents you don't get the promo. Are you kidding me ?? I order online and have order a lot and sometimes when i order online the money doesn't post or come out when you expect so it sometimes it might put you in a negative , but i always made it positive the same day if my checking account ever became negative or had a negative balance. I do not recommend them as a bank to anyone. You lost a valuable customer.

I started doing business with BBT last year. They have been awesome. Recently had an issue and Michele was all over it. She actually called me to follow up. Now I realize just how bad the service is with the big banks (you know who you are Bank of Am***** and **lls Far** !) Keep up the great work BBT ;)

So happy this location opened up. Very friendly staff, doesn't close at 4pm... the only not so great is that particular location (wish it was just a full bank only there).
