This place isn't very receptive of customers situations... I needed the loan to fix my car but the only thing I have in name is my car but the car has to be "drivable" to use as collateral... i would even be willing to sign something stating that I would have to have the car fixed and inspected within 30 days or something but these ppl don't care and it shows they Basically said "we can't do it sorry bye" not to mention the rep donte was very rude and unprofessional

I applied for a title loan and was approved for the amount that I requested-payments are excellent and the money helped me with all of the bills that i had. Donte gets a 5 star rating knew his stuff and very professional.

My experience was good. I was able to get the loan I needed the same day I applied. However due to new computer system for managing loans it took some time to process correctly the auto payday loan and submission to my bank account. however overall it was a good experience and I was glad to be a part of working out the bugs in the new system one main has now available for customers.

Not just for the financial assistance but for the exceptional professional customer service I received. The experience left me overwhelmed and full of gratitude. Never been here and I never will. They have started calling me incessantly looking for multiple different people. The first time (or 12) was fine, I told them they had the wrong number, but apparently that means nothing to these people. They won't stop calling me. I've left messages, talked to employees, but nothing. They keep on calling me demanding to talk to various people. I don't even do business with these people and I surely can't imagine the misery I would be living in if I did. They won't stop calling. oh and if you call them and want to talk to a person it's not going to happen.

Donte is a true professional and provided excellent service. He accommodated my schedule and was prepared so the process went smoothly.

I can honestly say every time I needed help, they were there for me. I had no doubt that they would try to get me the money I needed to help with my house, automobile, Etc. They toke the worry off of me. Every time I visited he branch, they were more than eager to help. They definitely will make you feel welcome, along with seeing how they can assist your financial needs. I thank One Main Financial for being there, they truly had my back!

took me 2 days and several messages just to get in touch with the, apparently only person I could talk to about my application. She gets all my info and sets me an appointment. I explained my entire situation. Then I get told, by someone else after I waste 30 minutes driving there and taking off work early, that they can get me the loan to refinance the vehicle I purchased 13 days ago. However, my payments will be roughly $200 a month more. First, I explained several times I don't want to refinance, I want to consolidate my other bills. Second, why would I take a loan to refinance a loan I JUST TOOK that will cost me MORE? wasted my time, don't let them waste yours.

I've been a customer for quite some time, I really appreciate the excellent customer service that I receive. Steven and Troy are always very courteous and friendly,and always help me when I need it most. I would recommend OneMain Financial to family and friends.
