Truist US, Holiday

Been doing business with Bb&t now Truest for over 20 years. Millions of dollars in transactions both personal and business. Recently moved to an area near this location. Extremely disappointed honestly nearly on a daily basis. This after being extremely satisfied up north and with the Dunedin branch and Clearwater for many years.

I first started banking at the Holiday location. Then I moved to Palm Harbor. In both cases I have always received great customer service. Lately I am using the Holiday location again and got great help from Melanine and John. No I have no relatives working there no any friends. I am just a happy customet.

Melanie Johnson is such a great banker! She knows her business inside and out, plus she is a genuinely great person all around! If you have any banking needs from a savings account to a loan, I would recommend calling Melanie!

Had a horrible customer service experience from Andrea. Couldn’t help me with my banking at all. Had difficult find my secured visa account then couldn’t find pending transactions that I could see in my mobile banking

just got this bank account. went to ATM to deposit money .. ATM is down. I drive to the next truist bank... that ATM is down too. what is the point of using a bank if their services are down. I might as well have kept using cash app

Hello Everyone, For the last couple of weeks I have been working with this branch to try to obtain a secure loan. I had all my documents in order however they were not being cooperative and it was clear that they did not want to make the loan possible and that is there prerogative. However when you ask a potential new client if they would consider bringing ALL their personal & business accounts in a back door manner and then they might consider making the loan? Really? That is lowest form of any business transaction I have ever encountered. I strongly suggest NOT to use this branch or even their banking institution. And you wonder why the banking institutions are in major chaos. Simply Amazing!!!

Literally the tellers make you wait for no reason and take people that come in after you first. And the best part is when no one is being helped they still make you wait and keep talking to each other. Worst bb and t I have ever been to

These people are crooks! Three overdraft fees in a week. I haven't had three overdraft fee in 20 years! All of a sudden I can't do math....BS. Their policies are shady!
