Will over at the holiday suncoast branch has helped me tremendously! Brough my hideous vehicle loan from 660 a month all the way down to 379! Absolutely fantasy and will really take care of you and make sure you’re getting the bet interest rate possible. 10/10

If you’re looking to get some semblance of customer service in a timely manner just do yourself a favor and and look elsewhere. I ended up going with another bank with a higher auto loan rate simply because it is nearly impossible to get these people to pick the phone up, all I wanted to know is if my loan application was approved, it had been literally weeks with no answer. Last time I called I was on hold for AN ENTIRE HOUR. Keep in mind this is something that most banks let you do online and takes no more than 10 minutes to get an answer. I have a decent sized savings account, a large home loan and an auto loan through Suncoast, all of which will be getting transferred to another financial institution within the next few months.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience opening a new account. The account advocate that helped us, William Marshall, was absolutely the best. He took his time explaining all the details of the transactions and all the benefits that are part of being a member of the Suncoast CU. He made sure that we were able to successfully download the Suncoast app and we’re able to use and understand its capabilities. Huge shout out to the young bank manager who works there. The ITM people were giving me a hard time about making a withdrawal that I was already authorized for, he went and chewed them up and made sure I got my money. I love this guy, I wish I knew his name.

I went in to make a deposit with a virtual teller. While I’m listening to the teller, other suncoast members start talking very loudly with two of the representatives. I made a point by informing the virtual teller that I could not hear them because people were speaking very loudly, which quieted things down briefly. Shortly after, the same members along with two other members start talking politics with the same representatives and the volume level started rising again. I then had to make another point by apologizing (I was trying to concentrate) and letting the virtual teller know that I could not hear them again due to a political discussion happening in the background. The volume dropped again, but the discussion continued and persisted even as I was leaving. (And I was never contacted by Suncoast to address this as they offered to do below my review)
