DONT SHOP HERE!!!!! I inquired about a 2016 toyota camry for $15988. Mind you I have a pre approval through my bank and I just need to come in with a check and call it a day. I get a call saying the car has a $3000 "down payment" so it will be $18988. The guy made no sense at all, when they say "down payment" that means your credit isn't good and they need collateral to finance you. I am not going through them due to me already having a pre approval. He then changes his story saying that is a part of the car price but under the details section it says "down payment with finance". These people have some shady stuff going on there with not being transparent. I would highly recommend not doing business with this company at all. Very very shady. And whoever is gonna respond to this review please save your embarrassment I don't care that you're sorry or whatever you say. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!

Called at noon to set up an appointment for opening time the next day. The car was confirmed available. The next day, I came in at opening time, the car was nowhere to be found, and no staff seemed to be anywhere. It took 10 minutes of me walking around for someone to greet me (office doors were locked-I tried). I was informed after sitting down in the office that the car was sold yesterday. This dealer didn’t have the courtesy to call me and inform me the car was sold. I wasted 1.5 hours driving to the dealer so they could try to sell me another car *eye roll* slimy dealer tactic, Car Credit…

Horrible horrible horrible place to buy a car. Make sure you read the fine print!!!! Nothing but problems especially when something breaks and you pay all the extra and still theres an excuse and extra stuff to pay. They are very rude and unprofessional. I will never ever go back to this place nor recommend anyone to these greedy horrible people!

These people are the best! My transmission went on my car, had no way to get to work, have a bankruptcy on my credit, and could not get approved anywhere. But Miguel and Donald were great. I was approved in less than 30 minutes with only $1,500 down payment and reasonable monthly payments. I highly recommend car credit in Holiday to buy a used car. Don and Miguel will provide you with excellent service. You will not be disappointed. .

Great place to get a car! My credit isn’t the greatest but you’re guaranteed to get approved here. Miguel & Donald got me right into the car I wanted. They even picked it up from their Tampa location just so I didn’t have to make that far drive. They’re nice & very understanding & will work with you. I’ve had the car for a few days now & I absolutely love it!

I was looking around everywhere for my first car I had fair credit but I was just starting out. Me and my mother were looking around all day until we found Car Credit. All of the other places would not allow me to finance my first car under my own title ect. But at Car Credit I met with Miguel and Donald. I explained to them my situation and how much I'm looking to spend on my first car and that I needed very much cause I work very far and needed a better way to get to work. They immediately was willing to work with me and assured me that they can make a deal work out for me and they did. Meanwhile they treated me like was a high valued customer and were very down to earth and easy to talk to, Throughthem I was able to get approved for my own car and for a reasonable 1500 down payment they were able to get me into three cars already on the lot, and were even willing to drive to geta car from a another location if necessary which was super nice. All of there cars are super clean neat and well taken care of for every car I looked it they were all like new. I got into the Mazda3 and right away from the time I pulled into the lot and talked with miguel to I knew that car was gonna be the one they let me test drive a few and let me take all the time I needed to make a decision with no rush at all. There customer service makes you feel like your truly there #1 priority. And the cars come standard with a 2 year warranty for all the essential parts of the car which is a huge bonus and I paid for the extra $20 per payment for the FULL coverage all the way from the engine down to the rotating gears of your transmission. Which gives me a piece of mind and for one reasonable payment, low miles, and a clean car that is well maintained I couldn't have it any better this first experience will be one to remember highly recommend to everyone and huge shoutout to miguel and donald and even michael there all great guys and very down to earth and human they go beyond the sales person and I had a great time!

Great car buying experience. Miguel, Don, Mike, and Hannibal were all great to work with through the different parts of the process. I knew exactly what was going on the whole time, and ended up getting approved for financing for less than the down payment I had on hand. They were honest and straightforward, didn’t pressure me or waste my time, and got me into the exact car I wanted. After a couple hours I was driving off the lot! I had worried about buying a car for months due to my bad credit, but the finance company worked with me and we agreed on a payment I could handle. They even offer free maintenance for 2 years, so I’m set! Couldn’t be happier with the car and still get to say hi to the guys when I make my payments. If you’re debating where to buy a used car, don’t spend your money at some shady lot in a sad attempt to save a hundred bucks. Check these guys out for a legit experience.

Walked to car credit to get a car. Drove home in a car! Fabulous employees helped me get into a car. Needed badly to get my elderly mother around to the doctor and errands. I highly recommend this buy here pay here in Holiday. I have 2 years of free maintenance! Free oil change and tune up for 2 years! Who does that?? CAR CREDIT DOES THAT! I am so happy! affordable payments, decent clean car and only $1,200 down payment! Need a car? Go to car credit Holiday! Donald and Miguel will have you driving home in a car on the same day!

When they say they are there to help you get a car regardless of your credit this is true. I came close to a vehicle I really wanted but in the end was considered not adequate to manage, and while I was stretching to get what I want I ended up very happy. The one item that put in a car was their 2 year warranty on oil changes, brake pads, coil, spark plugs, etc; and for an extra $20 per payment full coverage transmission, engine, etc. this is great. Reasonable mileage, extremely clean vehicles, and they are up front about price assumes down payment. I test drove 3 cars before making up my mind. They worked with me including a write up of minor issues with the vehicle to get taken care along with another inspection that might not have been really warranted. Great find, great price, great cars, very very good staff. Only negative is the insurance requires $500 deductible on comprehensive and collision.. my insurance was 0 and 250.. very disappointing, in fact my insurance company said they never heard anything like this as I was on my policy 0 comprehensive and 250 collision. Guess they are scared someone running away. Also have to mention that they want 10 references and will want 4 with family and they will call call call call and one of my references was asked if they could be contacted if for some reason I don't respond to calls. That blows but what can you do when needing something and feel it is in my best interest to get something with a "kind of warranty". In any event they called nearly everyone and its the finance institution, not the Car Credit sales force. For the record it really seems the financial institution is more paranoid than their advertised we finance everyone. Yes, I am a sad suck with low 500 credit score, bad stuff including a very dishonest wine shop owner Curlew and 19 who cut me out of $876 after closing shop. I know, cry cry cry... over it... love "new" little SUV, not necessarily "Little Peppe" if you know the movie but freaking great on gas mileage and clean, clean, CLEAN as were ALL OF THE CAR CREDIT CARS

Highly satisfied. Very professional and was a very smooth process from beginning to end. I recommend to go to car credit dealership in holiday on highway 19. They are absolutely wonderful and so helpful.
