I just arrived at the BB&T Boston Street location. It’s 10:19am and was informed that the branch is no longer servicing customers for the day. Your website clearly states the lobby is open for In Person transactions until 12:00pm. In addition to a customer already being serviced in person upon my arrival. If this in fact was the case, the lobby door should be manned with a branch representative or perhaps signage stating the lobby is closed. Not such a great start to my morning. The lobby was empty, only to have to wait 20 minutes in the drive thru line to perform my transaction. Sadly disappointed 1/9/2021

Three appointments with Ms Rudis see didn’t show up on the first one , the second one she made it , today 08/13/18 she didn’t show up again ! I’m done with this bank ! Very unprofessional, and unreliable people! I’m taking everything somewhere else!
