Always incredibly friendly and helpful. Needed to wire money recently and they made it such an easy experience. I’ve had experiences with other banks where I’ve asked to wire money and they act like it’s such a weird request and the. make me jump through unnecessary hoops. At Suntrust/Truist, they behave like they deal with this every day — because they’re a bank and they do! I just gave them the account info and amounted needed, signed a paper, and that was it. They were also very friendly and professional the entire time. It was such a relief working with them.

Solid customer service! First time coming here I was super confused on the location and then discovered it was in the Publix. Its not really an ideal location but I was in a rush and couldnt be happier with my experience with the branch manager there. I've been back once now and again, great experience.

Unbelievable, the teller can’t give you anything more than $500. And then she said I’d have to wait 30 minutes to approve!! You’re better going to another bank

I came in to cash a simple and a lady, named Olive, pretended to have a customer, while she sat in an empty office. I was forced to wait almost thirty mins for the other associate to get to me, as there were two other people in line behind me.

Google says they open at 9am on Saturdays. The sign on the front window of this branch says they open at 9am. ….. Yet for some reason, they choose to open at 10:00. A branch manager should have fixed this a long time ago! It’s incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to those of us on tight schedules who rely on the times given

I get Fair service from the people that work here. The company is either not up to date with current business advantages like notifying account holder when account is negative to give them a chance to correct the negative. Also at other banks if I try to take out money I don’t have it’ll decline. I don’t want to attach my checking to a savings I just want you to decline a purchase that I don’t have enough money for and notify me if I’m negative. My account can sit negative until it’s closed and they won’t notify you until you owe maximum charges. I don’t feel valued as a business owner because you don’t have things set up to notify me I’m in the negative or even low balance without charging me a fee or making me get another account with you. I will be closing my account. Bank of America is great!

Really? Guy very rude and political. Don't bank over here. Save time and better take your money to any other bank... I am sure they will be better than this... horrible service. Lookalike the guy was ready to leave
