Two weeks ago I was set to close on my home when an unexpected issue arose. 2 days before my closing, my lender contacted me saying my loan couldn’t be backed due to the way my pay stubs are structured. After discussing options (none that were feasible) my lender pretty much gave up. Then I found Eric at Strongbox. This guy went to work right away and had me in underwriting the next day. He ran into the same issues as my previous lender but stayed the course and never gave up. After numerous attempts and ideas we found an option that worked!!
