My wife and I asked a friend who we should speak to about buying our first home, and they recommended we give Joy a call just to ask questions about the process and get an idea as to how qualified we were to make a purchase. She was patient and didn't seem pushy at all, so we felt comfortable with submitting an application online. At that point in time I imagined the process would take at least two months. Joy recommended a realtor for us that was our speed and knew our priorities, and because she had worked with our realtor so often they were in constant communication so that we didn't have to work as hard at the home buying process. Any time we needed, Joy sent hypothetical figures and when we finally found the home we ended up purchasing the quote she sent to give us an idea of closing costs and payments were extremely accurate. There were no surprises throughout the process, there was never trouble getting in touch with Joy. FirstBank's website was easy to use and made reviewing/signing documents simple.

Marie is amazing!!! The lending process on buying a home can be somewhat stressful and she made it so much easier and go so smoothly! She is thorough on all the documents she needs for pre-approval so when you put an offer you are ready to go. The sellers wanted a quicker closing and she was able to make it happen! It was super helpful that our realtor works with Marie often so they were in constant communication making sure everything was on schedule. Highly recommend Marie!
