I cannot recommend Travis enough. I came so close to going with an online lender because I thought it was the more cost effective route to go. Travis was able to match their fees, but more importantly, the service he provided was beyond ANYTHING I would have received from the online lender. He was available to speak when needed, he advised me on what I could afford and what my payments would look like at different purchase prices, he walked through line by line of the closing costs and explained each one and last, but not least, my closing was wrapped up ahead of our tight 21-day deadline. Travis is the consummate professional. If he can't do it, no one can.

Let me tell you that this process was painless and easy on my end, and I closed on my home in less than 30 business days. Tyler and team provided the most efficient closing process that I have ever experienced. There was clear communication and direction leading up to the closing. My closing process only took 30 minutes and stress free which was incredible considering past closings have taken hours.
