This branch has moved to an even more inconvenient location down the street. Sat in drive thru line 20 minutes without any movement so I left without making a transaction. This is last straw. Time to find a better bank.

Nothing against the folks inside of the bank, but BB&T as a whole is a terrible Bank, me and my wife have good credit, but we couldn't get credit cards from this Bank but Capital One give us a card with a decent credit line. Also I go to work early and come home late so I rely on the ATM machine on the outside but it's always broke which always cost me to overdraft because I will send a check out and when I go make a deposit the machine is broke, and they supposed to merge with SunTrust and I tried to cash a SunTrust check and they wouldn't even honor it what a joke. I've been banking here almost 10 years but I recommend bank somewhere else before you put up with their junk they wouldn't even give me a call loan.This bank is designed for people who have a lot of money already,so if you ain't average Joe do not fool with this Bank thanks

This is the worst bank I have ever banked with! I tried to close the account twice and each time toward the end of the process they gave an excuse to why I would not be able to close it. Every time I change my address or any other type of personal information with them it does not stick. Currently I have a 4,000 dollar check I deposited on Monday which they said would be on hold for a week. It has now been a week and the check wont clear until Wednesday. I now have overdraft fees because of their lack of transparency and poor administrative skills.

Horrible bank always rude. Charges $8 to cash a check and most of the time refuses to cash. Literally calls the business the check is written from and Still won’t take the check. Walk in there multiple times a month to cash a check and always have problems. Drive through is just as bad. Refused to cash checks written to employees because they didn’t have an account.

Chris may have been the friendliest person. I've ever met in my entire life. He knew everyone's names and life stories and stopped what he was doing to help me. Chris makes this branch amazing!!

The lady there was no help. She was asking us was somebody in the back of the car like what does that have to do with the check being cashed. After waiting for 30 mins she comes back like she can’t cash the check.

Aside from Chris, this branch is the worst. They have deposited checks into the wrong account, one time just didn't deposit the cash for a business deposit and I caught it before I walked out the door... good thing, because my business would have been out almost $1000!! No consistency when giving information at all. One person will say one thing, another will say something else, and then you call their customer support and you're told YET AGAIN something different. Some of the worst banking experiences I have ever had were at BB&T, not to mention they fee you to death. My advice to you is not only avoid this branch, but avoid banking with BB&T all together.

Not open during the posted hours on the door or online, generally bad setup of the building as well

A big bank with a small town feel. The people who work at this bank care. These people will work day and night to assist you. We cant always get what we want but these people honestly try to meet your needs.

I tried to cash a BB&T check without having an account. They said it would be $8. I said well then I’ll open an account. They refused to open an account for me or waive the fee. Why would I want to start an account with someone who gives me attitude.
