PNC Bank Frederick Rd, Catonsville

You routinely cannot withdrawal or even deposit cash, truly a useless bank that serves no purpose other than to aggravate its customers.

This bank is very unprofessional and one of the worse. I had an issue with depositing money in my account on July 2nd. The money that I deposited was correct but on the deposit slip I accidentally wrote a different amount. I showed them evidence about it and they said they will handle the situation. It's been almost two months and nothing has been done. They didn't even check their cameras or anything.

They never clear the ATM machine, every time you go to deposit cash it's not highlighted, the machine doesn't print out receipts for your transaction. The big guy at the drive through window is slow moving and he doesn't listen to what you want from your account. One I had to send things back and forth almost 5 times because he wasn't listening then he tried to get frustrated win me. If there was another bank closer I would go to it because this one sucks, and I dread going here all the time.

Allan the branch manager is A+. He quickly saw that I was sitting in the waiting room and immediately reached out to me. He was personable and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to give me an amazing bank experience.

The bank manager is rude. No wonder the bank has gone down hill. I would give zero stars if I could. Not all PNCs are like that. I had a great experience in NC.

I've never had a worst experience with a bank. The managers are horrible. I can go into any other PNC branch and have a great experience, but this branch meets you at the locked door and tries not to help you. They yell out "go through the drive through" or' "make an appointment". I sat in the drive through to deposit over a hundred checks. PNC fix this.

Consistently closes on lunch breaks in the middle of the day, sometimes at 10:30 AM but definitely by 11 AM for hours at a time. Tried for 3 days to catch them at a time where they were available to send an important money order. Entirely unannounced schedule probably due to understaffed branch. These banks think that they can get away with it too, because of the fact that we're just students. I will take my business elsewhere.

The customer service is terrible and I️ understand why the manager Alan is rude and far from professional so if the leader is weak and rude what do you expect for the rest of the staff to be. I wouldn’t recommend this bank if you are in the Catonsville area because of the management. Wells Fargo and Bank of America by the Walmart has much better customer service and their managers are very pleasant. I loved PNC when I was in Columbia but the manager and the staff was great this branch in Catonsville is a very weak link for PNC. I have taking my business elsewhere and have told all my family and friends in the Catonsville area to do the same because all have had complaints about Mr. Alan and how rude he is.
