Truist St James Ave, Goose Creek

The times on the website are deceiving. They say the drive thru opens at 8:30, but they don't open till 9. Which is hard for me to bank when I have to be at work by 9 and work till 6. The lines are outrageous and the customer service is awful. I wish the old people from bb&t were still there and don't like truist. Looking to switch somewhere else.

Unable to make a payment or talk TO ANYONE. Apparently all Truitt does is shift responsibility to someone else. They changed my account number and no one answers the phone!!

A teller there cashed a fake check with my name forged, it did not look like my name they had on file. 1789.27 money robbed from me. June 28th this happened and i have not yet to get my money back in my account. The fraud dept seems to be relaxed on this issue aa I have no money, now get this, my father wrote me a 250.00 check to get me through but the damn bank would not cash because of insufficient funds. Suntrust doesnt have a care in the world for people.

I love this bank. I've been using them for months. Their staff is very friendly and they always go above and beyond for their clients! I highly recommend banking with them! Best decision I've ever made!

Since SunTrust went into the BB&T location on St. James I have gotten really poor service..the lines at the tellers are too long they move at a snail pace. I had fraudulent activity on my bank card and there was no one that could help me. The girl at the bank got rude with me and hung up on me!!.The bank sent me to a 1-800 number..I held on over 2 hours for two days and never got help. This place is a joke! Dont Bank here!!!

I’d like to have access to my safety deposit box and money without having to make an appointment by phone. And the lines outside are long at times. Sometimes only one lane is open and it’s rare that two are when I go to do my banking. SunTrust once was a great bank to do business and easy to access. I’ve been a customer ever since this location opened its doors for business.

The service provided to me by Anna, Cindy, Ashley, Monica, and Michael was excellent. Their professionalism as well as their kindness not only showed during the time of service, but the service provided effected my family in ways that we are extremely grateful for. I will choose this location as much as possible due to the people that make it a pleasure to do business with!

They merged with another bank, been a nightmare ever since. Talked to Tech support, what a waste of time. I still can't access my account online.

I received terrible customer service at this bank by a rude female employee, when i walked in this afternoon...I will not post her name. However they must do better.
