Highly recommend you go in to see Bill! He is a faith based sales rep, retired Navy, (GO ARMY) and strives to make his customers happy. We bought a 2022 Carnival (AWESOME vehicle) that was being sent from the factory, and was scheduled to arrive on a specific date. That date got pushed due to the shipping issues the country is currently facing. This started to stress us out because we were leaving town the next week for Thanksgiving. Bill was there like clockwork every morning to check the status and make calls as to where our vehicle was, and every morning he would text me to let me know what he found out. The vehicle arrived two days before we had to leave and he had it ready for us to pick up the same day, and even though it was towards the end of the day, he STILL took the time to explain all the features to my wife (her vehicle) and me. Bill knew we were on the road for our trip and called to ask how we liked our new "ride" and if I had any questions about it. He is by far the best sales rep I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend the Carnival EX trim package! This thing is by far the best bang for your buck! The "driver assist" feature, what I now call "auto pilot" is worth every penny on this vehicle, it comes in super handy on long road trips. Speaking of long road trips, my best recorded gas mileage on this trip was 28mpg (straight open road) and 24.7 mpg (total trip). Kia really outdid themselves on this vehicle.

Great experience. Dealt with Owen over the phone and through text about what I was looking for. Luckily they had the exact vehicle I wanted that I couldn't find at any of the surrounding Kia lots. We had a great experience with Owen for the purchase of our new EV6! We first met for a test drive about a month ago and really appreciated the easy, no-pressure process. That wasn’t the right trim for us but Owen kept us in mind when another one became available. The purchase process was very smooth and Owen took the time to walk us through all of the features of the car. We would definitely recommend Owen and the whole Stokes team!

Initially we had a great experience. We bought our van from this location almost 3 years ago. The staff is nice and the service is good (when we can bring the van in). Things changed when we needed work done or oil changes. Not sure why, but It always takes over a month (usually 2) for an appointment to be available.

Pros: Very friendly and professional staff I made an appointment for 430 and I was out by 5 The coffee in the afternoon was still very fresh and snacks were still available Cons: Extremely long whole time to schedule an appointment extremely long wait times once the appointment is given I called in May 2022 the first available time slot for an oil change was June 2022, 4 weeks later for the oil change only was $73. And finally after being here locally for about two years I have yet to CE dealership promotion or coupons on services being offered for regular routine maintenance such as brakes tires oil changes and other services. However I will still give them five star simply because the oil change lasted for less than 30 minutes. I was in and out with an appointment.

I brought my Kia in for drop off since the next appointment time was a month out. The issue my car had was 30 days outside of the 10 yr warranty to be covered which sucked. I was given a quote by Josh which was cheaper than expected so that helped. I got a call a few hours later letting me know my car was ready for pick up! The issue was minor and only needed a small piece to fix my steering wheel so the technician did it during the inspection! I’ve had instances where I was charged the “billed hours” although it didn’t take the entire time, however, they only charged me the inspection fee and cost of the part! This is how you get loyal customers! Thank you for repairing my car without overcharging!!

I do not usually leave reviews (I know, my bad!), but this transaction deserves a review. On impulse, my wife and I decided to check out what Stokes Kia had to offer on both our trade, and a new vehicle. Being that we already had a 2019 Sorento that we purchased in 2019 from Stokes, and we loved the car, we figured we would see what the 2022 had to offer. We were greeted by Mr. James Jay who quickly identified what we were interested in, and what kind of transaction we desired (clear cut and to the point is the best way). We didn't need a salesman, we needed someone to take in what we were saying, and turn around a result that was beneficial to both parties. He did just that. In less than 2 hours we had our vehicle traded, and an incoming 2022 Sorento on lock! He told us that the vehicle was slated to come in next week which we were completely fine with, but then called us less than 3 hours later and gave us great news. The brand new Sorento was at the lot and being prepared to give to us. My wife and I are simply elated to have the new car, and incredibly thankful for the great staff at Stokes Kia. Completely painless transaction and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you James Jay and everyone else at Kia!

I had an appointment I needed to get to, so I showed up early for my oil change. The staff had me in and out in less than an hour. I worked while I waited in their impeccably clean facility. Amenities were available if I needed them. As always the service was on point and nothing was recommended for my car that wasn't absolutely needed. I love the honestly and integrity of the service department. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

This is the only place I take my car to be serviced! Always reliable and trustworthy. The service department does a excellent job of keeping you informed on your car while being serviced. It feels like family walking in there. Everyone is always all smiles and polite!

First the service department didn’t wanna take a new 2022 Seltos because of it having a tracking device installed by a Kia dealership in Rock Hill. Took it back the second time and they said the issue of the power steering going out and all the lights on the dash board coming on was caused by that same tracking device. After they removed the tracking device, I was advised we wouldn’t have the same issue. Next day the same issue happened.

Called today to ask questions about a warranty part , all I got was we have to do something else 1st , and that would be a charge . Ask about looking up my warranty and refused . This place has the worst service dept I have ever dealt with. My advise don't do business with Stokes Kia if you might need service after they get your business .

Go see JJ, he is one of the best car salesman I have interacted with. My wife bought a car from the dealership and there was no pressure or sexism that unfortunately is more often the norm in the car buying business for women and that holds true whether I was present or not. He didn't bat an eye when we decided to purchase a vehicle from another dealership, in fact, he reached out to them and helped coordinate the transfer of that vehicle to there dealership the very next day. I'm irritated because during my oil change my bumper was damaged while in KIA’s care. What started as a minor inconvenience is now turning into a MAJOR inconvenience. I shouldn't have to adjust my life to fit KIA’s schedule when the damage was done while in KIA’s care. With KIA’s knowing that this is my only form of transportation, there have been NO accommodations in regards to my transportation while my car is being repaired. So now i must figure out my schedule so that it fits KIA’s!! It's not right and very frustrating!

Promptly and politely greeted when I dropped of my car at the scheduled time. Comfortable waiting area and amenities: Wi-Fi, charging station for all types of phones, tablets and beverages. See ya in 5k miles.

Brought in without an appointment for a diagnostic because of my check engine light was on They took care of me and guess what? From a quote of 146.00 The cost was zero because all it needed was a software update! Out the door in 2 1/2 hours☺️

Excellent experience buying a Kia Telluride from JJ at Stokes Kia. JJ went above and beyond to help me get into a car on a really tight timeline with a lot of limitations (on my part). He even drove the car to me in Savannah, GA when I wasn't able to pick it up in N. Charleston. I purchased a 2014 Kia and had an issue with the indicator lights, not knowing what it meant. I took my car to Stokes Kia in Goose Creek and was greeted with a smile by Service Advisor Josh Balliet. He also went a step further and had my car checked for any other issues and advised it was time for an oil change which I did not hesitate to have it changed. i wanted to give an excellent review of Micheal Tucker! Man oh man, he is a great man & an even better salesman! It was my first time shopping for cars & my first car in general. The entire team from the GM down is the best around. I bought my 2021 Kia K5 from Jason and he couldn't have made it easier. My husband and I have been in the market to trade in our 2011 Chevy Cruise for a new car for a few weeks, after finding the perfect contender, we drove from Beaufort (1.5 hours) on a Saturday to hopefully finalize the deal. Michael immediately helped us, showing us several options, he made us feel welcome, unlike anywhere we had previously been. We are both young in our 20s, which sometimes gets us the short end of the stick in situations like this, but Michael treated us with respect and like family. Stokes offered well over what other dealerships had on our trade, and honored our pre approval with Capital One with ease. Emily in finance was also super knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of our questions regarding our auto loan as well as the process for the state since we moved from Ohio, and things are a bit different. We weren’t rushed even though the dealership had closed by this time and Michael personally cleaned the our new 2021 Rio S to the best of his ability since the car wash people had left for the night. We will definitely be back for any future needs and service, and are so thankful for the help we received.

I bought a Kia somewhere else, but had to go to Stokes to get a key fob made and programmed. My interactions with the service department were flawless. While I was there I heard the professionals at the service desk interact with several customers and I was impressed by their "can do" attitude, and the way they spoke with customers.

Zero stars. When I showed up for what I thought was an appointment for an oil change that I booked online, I was told there was no appointment. Joshua, the service rep just looked at me and did not offer to schedule an appointment until I was walking out the door. Scheduled an appointment and took my car in for an oil change the next week. At checkout the total was $68.99. I presented a coupon from Stokes Kia for $29.95 for the oil change. Joshua told me that he could not honor the coupon as I hadn’t presented when I left my vehicle and there was nothing he could do. When I questioned why an oil change was $68.99 he told me that they had used synthetic oil. I have left 2 messages asking for the service manager to contact me. I have had all of the maintenance done at Stokes Kia on my Kia Sorento and have always received excellent service. Very poor customer service this time. Why was I not told of the cost up front, use of synthetic oil and asked if I had a coupon? Joshua’s attitude was one of complete indifference. I had planned on purchasing another Kia within the next year. However, I will now be buying a Subaru since Stokes Kia delivered such a poor customer service experience.

Can I have more stars to give please!!!!! Ask for "JJ" James Jay! We easily made an appointment to test drive a Telluride and were greeted by JJ with key in hand. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through ordering a 2022 Telluride after we spent a few days deciding which package we wanted. I called and ask him questions, he confirmed specs and prices for different options, and truly worked with us without ever pressuring us - both in person and over the phone. After ~3 weeks, Kia delivered our Telluride the day I left on a 10 day trip and both JJ and Emily were able to assist me with completing the paperwork and finalizing the purchase (they even put a SOLD sign on it so no one would test drive it!). They had it prepped, washed and ready to go when we were finally able to pick it up!! We were nervous with it being our first time ordering a new production vehicle, and honestly JJ and the folks here made it such an enjoyable experience and gave us all the information upfront so we could make an informed decision. JJ even walked us through adjusting the vehicle's settings to our preferences (LOTS of awesome tech in the 2022 Telluride) and offered the greatest customer service!! We were stranded when our engine light came on and staryed blinking. Josh met us at 7:30, and was very informative about our options. We needed to leave our car for at least 3 days. We decided to rent a car and continue on home to Michigan. They helped us get a shittle to the car rental office. He kept us abreast of the progress, and called when the car was through. We drove back and were glad to claim our car and return home in good shape.

I have a recall on my vehicle and they are stating they will take up to a month to take care of it. They will not help with a rental or anything until god knows when, (They should pay for a rental at 100%) . This is a very upsetting time since there is no help provided by the company ! It is there faulty parts that have stalled my car. Now I am with no way to get to work !! This should be unacceptable for a company to not do right by there products .....

Stokes Kia , Goose Creek, is one of the best in customer service in selling cars and repairing cars. Josh, service tech, is a expert on cars and how they work. I have been in the Charleston area since 2005. I have pass by this business lots of time, but never form a business relationship until 2020 when I needed another car due to my Kia 2015 Kia Forte Hatchback had engine issues. I did not buy my 2015 Kia Forte from Stokes Kia , I bought it from a used dealership in West Ashley in 2017. Josh, service tech, informed me about my Kia Forte and never force me to pay for a repair I didn’t want to pay. . He was honest in telling me how much would it cost if I repair my Kia Forte. I decided it was best not repair my Kia Forte, but shop for another Kia, but this time I choose to shop at Stokes Kia rather than a different dealership. Why? The Kia warranty it’s much better than buying a Kia from a different dealership that Don’t have the Kia warranty. I was surprise sale rep was professional, informative about different Kia models. Sale rep didn’t pressure me to buy the latest new car. I bought a 2019 Kia Rio Sport and love it. I highly recommend Stokes Kia Goose Creek for car repairs and buying Kia car. You will not have a pressure experience at Stokes Kia.

When looking for a car we went to Stokes Kia. Andy was very personable and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He helped us purchase the car that we liked and was within our budget. Quick fast buy experience, very little to no hassle. Saw what I wanted and was able to purchase in under 2 hours. I wish the inventory was higher with availability of new cars, but literally no one can do anything about that at the moment. Will buy my next car from them.

just picked up my new Sportage from Stokes Kia today. I was able to trade my 2018 Optima and get new SUV with no money down and a payment almost the same as I was on the Optima. JJay was very professional and made buying a new car stress-free.

Can I have more stars to give please!!!!! Ask for "JJ" James Jay! We easily made an appointment to test drive a Telluride and were greeted by JJ with key in hand. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through ordering a 2022 Telluride after we spent a few days deciding which package we wanted. I called and ask him questions, he confirmed specs and prices for different options, and truly worked with us without ever pressuring us - both in person and over the phone. After ~3 weeks, Kia delivered our Telluride the day I left on a 10 day trip and both JJ and Emily were able to assist me with completing the paperwork and finalizing the purchase (they even put a SOLD sign on it so no one would test drive it!). They had it prepped, washed and ready to go when we were finally able to pick it up!! We were nervous with it being our first time ordering a new production vehicle, and honestly JJ and the folks here made it such an enjoyable experience and gave us all the information upfront so we could make an informed decision. JJ even walked us through adjusting the vehicle's settings to our preferences (LOTS of awesome tech in the 2022 Telluride) and offered the greatest customer service!!
