DO NOT put your money with this bank! I was with SunTrust for twenty years. Never had a problem accessing my funds when I needed them. Now they're Truist. Went today to withdraw a small sum I needed for a procedure tomorrow and had more than plenty in my account for the transaction. THEY TOLD ME I SHOULD HAVE CALLED AND TOLD THEM A WEEK IN ADVANCE!! They didn't have the money. Isn't that a bank's sole purposes???

People are nice, but service is incredibly slow. While working at a local business I would take a daily deposit to the bank. Even with one one customer in front of me in the commercial drive through lane it often take upwards of 40-50 mins to complete a single transaction.

Worst bank ever I'm going to switch banks. Never have I had a bank that has this worse of customer service. They lost my new card 3 times now. This is not the 1st time suntrust has screwed me over and their fees are so much higher. Now I am unable to pay major bills that now have late fees cause they can't seem to get me a new card. This has been 3 months now. As if we are not having a hard enough time with this pandemic. Alls they do is shrug their shoulders and say sorry. An sit back and do nothing to help.

Waited for employees to enter the branch so I could inform them of the ATM not working and they ignored my shouting as they opened the front door. One of the tellers noticed how rude he was being and finally spoke to me reminding me that they "open at 9". These are not quality human employees and will surely be replaced by AI soon.

By far the worst customer service. Avoid at all cost. Team sits and chats to each other while customers wait. They fail to even acknowledge you while the customer queue increases. The female branch manager sets the tone of unwillingness to provide even reasonable customer service.

My husband and I had a difficult situation today regarding a check that had an unexpected hold. Maria Metropoulos was amazing and helped us figure everything out. If you need any help I recommend this branch for all your banking needs & Maria! We will be returning to her in the future for all of our banking needs. Thank you for your help! You made our day!!

Excellent experience. We had to do an HOA related checking account changeover due to a change of HOA officers. It is a BB&T account and Marie M. from the BB&T side was extremely helpful and one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with.

This bank has issues compared to other banks in the area. Whenever I try to make a deposit there is usually a long wait time even when they have 3-4 tellers. In other words they are very SLOW! One time I stopped by and my teller was texting while counting my money. I'm usually forgiving on this except when there is a mistake with the deposit I am charged a fee!!! Maybe the tellers should double check the deposit instead of texting people. My teller at a different bank I use saw me here and also remarked at how poor the customer service is, LOL. I guess it's not just me.
