Pamela Linville has been the best customer service rep I had in all the 24 years that I have been a member of the credit union. She took time and patience to listen to my difficult issue and most importantly helped me to resolve it successfully. I am happy that is now my new branch and Pamela is there to always help.

I came into the the East Orlando Addition branch to help my teenage son open an account. I did not have an appointment (didn't realize I needed one). Nevertheless, Samanter Harris was so accommodating and walked us through the process. She is very knowledgeable, helped my son select the appropriate account and took the time to explain things such as how to build credit and other financial resources available to him as a new college student. I must point out that my son was having a stressful day (unrelated to this transaction) and she went out of her way in more than one way to ensure we were able to accomplish our goals and he still made back to class on time! Her patience and positive demeanor made all the difference. We will definitely continue to be Addition Financial customers and make this our branch!

Samanter Harris took care of myself and my wife. She was prompt and efficient with the service we needed and also gave us some great financial advice. Excellent job Addition Financial and thank you Samanter.

Samantir was competent and extremely professional. She corrected inaccurate information we had been given over the phone and as a result saved us an additional trip back to the bank. The inaccurate information did cause a bit of tension however Samantir handled it with grace and a smile. We're not sure if you can request her personally but if you can we'd highly suggest it.

I had my account compromised and had 2 ach withdrawals almost drain my account. I went into the East Orlando branch and Melinda Wehbi, the AVP Branch Manager helped me out! She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to help resolve my issue. The money was even back in my account before the end of the day. I have been a member of the credit union since 1991 and Melinda is one of the reasons why. Best Credit union in Florida

Everything you don’t want from a bank High interest (loan sharking) once you run your credit you fear another hit will cause your score to decrease and you settle for their terms. Don’t do it Creative fees Additional financial has a fee for everything and unlike modern banks, they will not work with you. Your money is theirs. Fine line law practices Your payments, although submitted on time, are considered “scheduled” and not applied. This allows them to wait many days to withdrawal your payment and apply it. When they do this, they will apply a late fee which they claim is “legal” based off of the verbiage they use. Submit a payment ahead of time/due date expecting the funds not to be withdrawn until the usual time period and they will for sure withdrawal within the usual 2022 accepted amount of time. Banks need your money which is known but this bank considers it theirs when you are doing business. I really hope this reaches the correct people that can make a difference and make this bank fold. It’s operations a borderline illegal and irresponsible sposible to a healthy society.

Joselisse González is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and provides excellent customer service. She answered all our questions, she explained everything to us and provided options, we did not feel rushed and we went home very satisfied. We are very grateful with Jossie. We hope our business with Addition Financial FL is as great as their welcome!

Went twice within a couple of weeks. Got to speak to the same person the 2nd time. Since he was already familiar with my situation from the 1st time, the second appt went quick as a result. Problem solved. I love my credit union. That's why I've been a member for more than 30 years.

Friendly, helpful staff. Especially Samanter who was patient and helpful with a frustrating financial and insurance issue. Even helpful with keeping my kids occupied while the situation was being sorted out. So glad to have such a helpful financial institution with such attentive staff.

Natalie was awesome! I like banking with a credit union because it is way more personal than your average big bank. Natalie was kind enough to help me even when my appointment was on a different day (oops). She was quick and courteous and made the experience so easy.

It is the end of November and i am just now being told that i have been charged $5 fee because my statements are not electronic since august. i’ve paid 3 previous payments already….and it’s just now brought to my attention? sounds like someone just wanted my money. corporations will find little ways to take it from you. another friendly reminder to pay for your stuff in cash. i always come to this branch for my payments.

My son and I received excellent customer service at the Addition Financial East branch off of Alafaya Trail. Samanter helped us out with various issues including updating my son's savings account, opening a checking account, and giving us all the information in order for my him to obtain a credit card and start building credit. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful in giving sound advice to my college age son.

I came into the the East Orlando Addition branch to find out about their auto loan process and to become a member. I did not have an appointment any of the times that I came into the branch, however ALL times I have been able to be accommodated and speak to a representative right away. I had the pleasure of speaking with Samanter, Pamela, and Josy on separate occasions and all ladies were kind and informative. Samanter is very knowledgeable, she took the time to answer all my questions (even the questions I kept repeating), she put me at ease with the process, and made sure I was receiving the complete and correct information. Her patience, willingness to help me learn, and reassurance was exactly what I needed. I was very stressed about the process, but Samanter was able to provide me with ease of mind. I would 100% recommend this branch.

Samanter Harris is amazing. I have had three interactions with her over the past few years. The first was a mortgage I did she was intermediary for us and helped explain and fill out all the paperwork. The second time we were actually waiting for another appointment for a notary. The appointment we had was out to lunch and was running late. Samanter saw us and asked why we were waiting then did the notary for us before the other agent was back. The third dealing we had with her we were doing a second mortgage. I was late, because I forgot about the appointment and went to lunch myself. However, she went ahead and called me to see why I missed the appointment. During that call she said we could do everything over the phone. Even though it was my fault she was nice enough to help us out. I've been with Addition Financial for a long time. Since it was a small UCF FCU. The larger it got the more impersonal things were getting, until we met Samanter. I feel like I'm banking with family again.

Naomi in the Alafaya Addition branch is very helpful and cheerful. She takes care and time to investigate an issue. She is great at customer service!

Awful customer service!! Worst experience I have had since being a member over 12 years! The Teller gladly deposited almost $50,000 in checks before she told me they would only release $5000 per day, even though I already had close to $20,000 in my accounts. That's not the worst of it. I had one $166 check they wouldn't deposit because it was in my deceased relative's name. I presented documentation showing I was beneficiary as well as administrator of the estate, which means the $166 is legally mine, but the supervisor, Pamela Romo insisted they couldn't accept the check since the deceased relative didn't have an account with them. Laughable is that she was able to offer a one time exception to deposit the check after I informed her that I would close my account as soon as all the money cleared. Sadly, she couldn't guarantee that Addition wouldn't later reject the check and charge me $15 for the rejection. A supervisor with no authority to make common sense decisions shouldn't be a supervisor! I refused the offer because it was clear that her offer was only to appease me for that time and Addition would later charge the $15. I am so done with this credit union and will close my account January 2 when the money's clear and then deposit into my other bank that is more customer friendly. BTW, this credit union has the poorest incentives to members than most banks and credit unions, which is probably the reason they have closed most locations. Closing my accounts is a move I should have made long ago!! Thank you Ms. Romo for opening my eyes!

Love working with CFEFCU now Addition Financial. Whenever I have gone there to resolve any issues they get resolved. Thanks to managers and Pamela who has been there for a Long time. I have been a customer for over 22 years and still have my accounts.

I love banking at Addition Financial for the reason that all of the employees are amazing!!!! I’m always treated well and In a very friendly manner ! I went through the drive through and was so nicely greeted by Miguel! He was very nice and very helpful! What I loved the most about him was that he actually made the whole transaction fun!! I have been a long time member of this branch and have never been met with anything less than excellence in customer service. For example, I recently met with one of their agents, Samanter (she is amazing!), inquiring about a business account. She was super nice and patient with me; she genuinely was interested in helping inform me and directing me to make the best decision to meet my needs. This sense of transparency and community can be felt among the whole branch. Every time I go, I know I'm in good hands.

I have had an account here for over 40 years and wouldn’t think of changing. I look forward to my weekly visit (usually at the drive thru). Joseph (and all the others) are always so friendly and helpful. Sometimes going to the bank is like stopping by home for a visit. Can’t recommend them enough!
