Harold went out of his way to assist me with my check deposit delays. I left feeling very grateful and appreciative. Excellent service.

If you eventually reach the staff they are friendly but this branch has a staff shortage. Always takes 45 minutes or more to get anything accomplished. Service is great when you get it though.

After having a horrible experience at the Union Park location, we decided to come here and give it a try. I've been here before, and I was really happy with the level of service, the overall atmosphere and speed of service. Last time I was here, there were 3 windows open, client service was fast, and I was in-and-out in 5 minutes. This time they only had one window open (thus I give 4 stars today), and we needed to deposit some coin rolls. The front entrance lady was very welcoming and helpful. I asked if there's a preferred service window or line for platinum honors clients, she said no, but to help us avoid waiting in line for too long, she could just give us the cash equivalent of the coins we had. And we could then deposit them using the ATM machine. Though not perfect, it's a great alternative. She took the coins and was back in a minute. We got our business done in about 5 minutes total. This is the Bank of America I know, and happy to do business with. I want to praise the staff's prompt action in providing solutions to simple banking needs. Union Park location, learn from UCF location! Come here if you were treated badly.

Started my bank account with Bank of America. Got almost all my banking, credits cards, first car loan, first and second job direct deposit, and everything done with BoA. This location is convenient because when in the area I can just stop by the ATM to get some quick cash without getting out of the car. The parking lot here is also huge. So that’s great too. The service is usually fast. I am considering consolidating one of the few other accounts with other banks to Bank of America. Makes it easier but haven’t tried yet, ever since their online website got better and better, I started visiting the branch less and less. But it’s not because of bad service or anything.

Front desk Melisa was great help, but I had to wait over an hour for a replacement debit card. It's not busy at all, and there are multiple employees are on break not helping. Worst Customer Service except for the over worked Melissa (give her a raise)

Opened a debit, credit, and savings account here. No late interest fee for a student credit account but a very low interest rate for savings. Can check FICO credit score on app. Probably won't open an IRA account with them. Also no ATM fee when using their ATMs. The service was very fast and helpful from one of the employees.

Polite staff but weren’t very knowledgeable. Basically told me “the computer won’t let me do this so idk what to tell you” then when I asked why I was able to do the same transaction earlier that week I was given no further explanation, other than, “the computer just keeps throwing an error code and not letting do it.” Very frustrating

Not a well managed branch. Be prepared to wait a good while for a simple deposit or withdrawal. 5 tellers behind the window but only 2 of them helping someone. They had a line of 8 people and were taking 10 mins to help a single individual. One of their tellers was just sitting on a counter in the bank looking around smiling. I only go here if I absolutely have to.

I wanted to withdraw some little sum of money but the teller told me to wait for the manager’s approval which finally never happened Because I left after spending over 40 minutes waiting to withdraw a little money over their ATM daily limit. I finally got it at the econlockhatchee trail/ e colonial dr branch which took me 5 minutes with no manager’s approval. I began to think maybe it was a race thing or what was all the wait for? ID check, phone verification code check, debit card info check via teller! At this branch. God! Usually debit and ID that’s enough to approve a transaction.

Here goes my story. Well to start this bank is rated 2.5 Well went to 11800 research pkwy this branch. Was yelled at across the bank to sit down. So I quietly obliged. Several people sat down as well as he continued to chat personally with a man. As he did finally approach us he asked who is next I said I am. He didn't remember? Sat down with Carlos rodriguez as he drilled me then he got up disappeared for a while. He came back telling me I'm fraud and cant help me unless I bring in my rental lease. Folks I desperately needed my temp bank debit card. I was refused due to moving so many times. I only moved once this year and had already had a card coming. It went back due to me not getting my card cause I didn't get key from post office in time so card went back. So I asked if I could speak to a manager her name is crystal adames. I had never been able to use my business debit card she cut it up cause she stated it will never work. It's no time for me to get my lease which folks there's no such thing to show that to get a temp card. I had my I'd showing my new address. Still no debit card. So was giving a number for the regional manager meiling vodadinovic sounds Russian but on phone sounded spanish. She told me no matter what bank I go to I need her permission for debit card and no matter what dont need rental lease but on my business debit I have to change my inital lol. Wow where did that come from a hat. It's certainly correct as is. Again I'm fraud supposedly. I have been a bank member for a while. Very disrespectful. Main bank of america apologizes to me for this treatment. I now have a card in about two weeks coming. I am furious of this bank so I'm stranded. I'm gonna talk to lawyers. I dont claim to be perfect but I'm a disabled veteran of the navy. I dont deserve this treatment.
