I would have given 5 stars because I've always had terrific service here and I feel I know the tellers, and I like them. That said, my middle daughter has a difficult time trying to cash her check. It is always a hassle she says, and I'm not impressed. The five of us have accounts there and I want my kids to feel they belong to this bank and are welcome, which has not been the case yet. In trying to secure future customers, they could improve.

Extremely unprofessional customer service. Literally argued with customer about something she had no understanding about yet could not transfer to someone who might be able to help.
