Truist W State Rd, Davie

Well I have been looking for a new bank and went to this location and due to the teller that was rude I will be taking my money elsewhere. I feel like I was treated wrongly and I will never go to Trust again...

No idea if it was this branch or not, but want to give a shout out to BB&T for helping me win a small fraud case against Pay-pal and a Chinese vendor who defrauded me. I won my fraud case thanks to the help of BB&T and want to say if you lose with Pay-pal your bank might be able to help out and amaze you. It worked in my case and brought a nice glimmer of hope for customer support and service.

The customer service is great at this branch. Staff always greet me with a smile and even though I have other BB&T branches on my commute to work, I purposely detour to come to this location because of its great staff.

Just came out of the bank and the teller gave me excellent service from the moment I stepped in to the close off my transaction. And, there were two tellers available. This is a very nice location. Everything is just well put together. And I am close to the shops the. That's my next stop.

I love this BB&T branch! There is normally a little bit of a wait, but the customer service is wonderful and the employees are so helpful!

I was left on hold for over an hour for a simple question. After over an hour of being on hold someone answered and sounded like they wanted to help. They hung up on me immediately. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Use to be “MY BANK” with capital letters ! There were 2 gentlemen very knowledgeable and super nice but they left ! Now, as I get in the bank, NOBODY say hello, there is a manager that is always on the phone and don’t even look at you ! There are 2 girls at the counter, 1 is knowledgeable and the other doesn’t know what she’s talking about. Yesterday I walk in the bank , register my name to be attended, after 28 minutes I left with frustration at the highest level. No one gives a damn !!!! I have a name, not a number, I’m a human being and I deserve respect even if my account is not of a millionaire , I’m a “CUSTOMER”

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to take my time to recommend this bank. I told my commercial banker (Ronnie Medina) that I needed to open a new business checking account. He asked me the name of the company and told me he will try to accelerate most of the process. I go in the bank and the bank manager Danny Ceparano, had all my paperwork ready and printed, I signed 4 or 5 docs and in literally 3 minutes I was on the road. The best banking experienced I have ever had. Thanks so much! You have earned my business forever.

The customer service at this Branch is excellent!! Everyone is helpful and friendly. That's the reason I stay with BB&T.
