Amscot - The Money Superstore W State Rd, Davie

Just want to take this opportunity to say what a pleasure it is for me write this review in regards to how happy i am with the service, and warm hospitality i always receive from the management and staff at the Shenandoah Square store. Especially manager Mahalia, who is always professional, courteous, and well worthy of her position. The other stores in the area would be wise to take notes from her. Thanks for all that you do, appreciate you.

We just wasted two hours at this Amscot store in Davie. Tiffany was very condescending. And didn’t push to help us. Emails were down. We went to our van twice. We are a small business and needed some help. Good one Amscot for really trying to help a small business that needed an extra push for a couple more days. Amscot is a great company. But they should hire customer service reps with good people skills. At least have a smile on your faces. The other rep working was sweet and smiled. But Tiffany just had a bad attitude. We know how businesses work, and that’s why we were here in need of some help. But clearly the employees don’t understand that. Sorry, but never coming to this store again.

I'm not a frequent user of 'money' stores, however, periodically one needs a money order and this is the place to get one. Number one money orders are free, two staff are friendly, courteous and fast!

Manager there was rude and invaded my personal space. Keep your phones out of her sight. Needs to learn business educate.

These people are well Trained and always gracious and efficient. The place is immaculate as is Shenandoah Mall.

Excellent service. The manager Carmen was awesome. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend.

Went in this morning. The young man that assisted me was extremely professional and polite. The paperwork was prepared in good order. I am now a customer and highly recommend this location.

It took almost an hour for a western union pick up , after interrogating for 40 minutes about what I do for a living , what is the money for , who is sending me the money , how are we related , where I went to college , what's the name of my college , taking 6 photocopies of my Passport , asking if I had any other ID on me . Slowest and worst costumer service and I will never be going back again .

“Refused” to notarize a standard tax document- do not come here- they could not even explain WHY!?!

Best place to pick up or send Western Union. Staff has ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY.
