Truist Weddington Rd, Matthews

I went to the branch in Wesley Chapel to open two IRA’S yesterday. I was asked to sit in the lobby and someone would be right with me. I am self employed. I was considering giving Truist all of my business. One manager was in his office with his door closed on the phone. The other manager was in her office. Her door was open and the chairs were empty. I was the only person in the lobby. She was yawning really loud. After sitting there for 20 minutes I left! Like I said I am self employed and don’t have all day waiting for someone to help me!! Terrible customer service!!

Hours say open on google. Sign on door has covid so lobby not open unless safe deposit needs. So is it covid or you didn’t employ enough people today and blaming covid?? BS and i opened an account at another bank instead. Looking forward to td bank opening up here soon with more convenient hours. This is not how you run a business.

Customer service is zero! Go to Truist in Waxhaw!

An unprofessional and insignificant approach by management when the lack of a customer service experience was addressed and shared. A lot of excuses and no legitimate reasons why this branch does not have qualified tellers or employees handling clients in a more effective manner. It flows from the head. If the head is messy or doesn't quite handle themselves appropriately... the rest follow suit. Choose a different branch to conduct your business with!

cashiers are awsome to work with. only problem i have that may cause me to close accounts is the poor service trying to get answers when you call customer service. what im getting at is there is none,it sucks
