Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) Providence Rd, Waxhaw

I wish I could write great things about this bank however the truth is the tellers at this location have no customer service. As soon as you walk up wether it’s drive through or inside the bank there is no happy greeting here ever! Nor a “thank you come again” I am usually the one to break the ice by say “good morning” “ good afternoon” the young man and the woman that are usually there wear expressions on their face that clearly show they would like to be somewhere else.

ameenah you asked me to hold 19.43 min ago...its now 5:12pm . i know i called a few minutes before 5 ..i had to hang up.. switching over is not easy..but i did all the right things at your office i know that. I have payroll... and because of my accounts not being linked ..or whatever...i cannot log in...i had to change my id and passwords...only to find out last minute it only applied to my personal checking...My business account is what needs the attentiion the most as i told you. ...it has to be linked ...the been trying to reach a person since 2 pm in between my appointments and you were busy as well...maybe you should get some help there at the branch as you are always busy...my experience... It should not be this way at all for customers to wait that long on hold. i will be writing checks this week after all the time i tried to fix this problem to no avail..lr.

It's time to open your local branches up... come on BofA... it's pretty ridiculous one has to drive from Waxhaw to the Pineville mall to find an open branch.

The tellers are rude and useless. An atm does their job infinitely times better.

Wrong location on map, keep going, it's right at that intersection! But great service, friendly, not stuffy like other BoA locations I've been to; Joel Varner was excellent.

I just went to BOA to deposit some cash. I handed the teller the deposit slip and cash and she said I also had to give her my drivers license. I asked why and she said it was bank policy. Can someone explain to me the logic involved here? They already have my ID on file. Do the think that random unscrupulous characters are going to have deposit slips for my account and put cash in? This is just another instance of a big company making up rules to keep employees busy and piss off customers as far as I can tell.

Waiting in Drive thru line 20 minutes to deposit a check. Only one person in front of me and they waited along time to get service. Teller claims only one in bank, poor service. Don't use this branch unless use the ATM only.

horrible service you will be waiting forever coming here. There are literally 5 people behind the counter and not a one wants to help. Also poor customer service I'm glad I do not bank here I only go for work.

I am honestly surprised at the low ratings from people. I have banked at this location for 7 years and have experienced nothing but excellent customer service and positive, friendly, helpful staff.

Not even one star,the customer service girl wasn't really wanna help and she directed me to call customer service. Terrible service at that location
