I have never had better experience when it comes to a home loan. Alex has been top notch and has taken great care of us and anything we have needed. Rob’s communication was always very timely, clear, and informative. Rob scheduled our home inspection, and performed follow up phone calls with the home appraisal company - so there was no delay with the progression of our refinance.
