Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Weddington Rd, Wesley Chapel

Very friendly and professional. Manager went above and beyond to support my inquiry over the phone and in-person at my appointment.

Horrible service. Only one banker and they were on lunch, they told us to come back in an hour so we made an appointment for an hour later. We were told we wouldn't have to wait then. We come back and the one banker takes some walk in customers that needed a house loan rather than us when we had already checked in stating that we had an appointment and had been there twice today trying to talk to someone. 20 min.s after while she was still with the other customer we left. Worst service, no one offered to help, or acknowledge the fact that we had been waiting for more than two hours to talk to THE ONLY banker they have apparently. Avoid this branch if you need to do anything other than use the ATM.

I called this branch seven times just now, just to see if they have a Notary on staff (some BofA banks do, some don't), and no one picked up. Really poor customer service. Citibank, please set up branches down in NC and show BofA and Wells how to do retail banking!

I have to say I will be coming here for now on. It’s a little father but definitely worth the drive, the branch near me the tellers are always rude, not here and Candy is super nice and sweet, really really appreciate her

Bank of America as a whole is slipping.. this place has no teller or teller services (at least not when I came 1/3/2022). How are you a bank and have no teller services?

My mother went in to open a checking account for my nephew today. As soon as my mother walked in to the bank the teller told her, “There aren’t any public restrooms in here.” First of all, no one was looking for no “public restroom.” Second of all, the teller should have been educated enough to have asked my mother how may I help you today? Since my mother was treated rudely she left and opened a checking account for my nephew elsewhere. Disgusting service at this location; seriously go elsewhere for great customer service.

No one answers the phone. There's just one teller. To make a simple deposit, it takes over an hour of WAITING. CHASE BANK...PLEASE COME TO THE CHARLOTTE AREA. Oh, how we miss you so!

I like it because i easy to make transaction as well as running small errands withing the bank. Only thing staff tend to be rude sometimes.

I have been calling all morning and no one answers the phone. Not even at the Monroe branch.
