All the banks have this branch open, the only one that is always closed, no transaction can be made here. I am going to cancel my accounts and cards because this branch has staff who are idle and do not want to work.

Received truly 5-star service here. Spoke to Stella on the phone. She was pleasant and helpful in scheduling me an appt. Met w/Terry Gerst. He was diligent, patient, and thorough. He ensured I knew what products were available to me, w/o being salesy or pushy. I appreciate that. The meeting took approx 90 mins to ensure all t's crossed and i's dotted. Bank lobby at this branch is open for business, but doors are locked for increased security. I felt very secure and Terry's patience and professionalism sealed the deal. I've worked with several bankers over the years for both personal and business accounts. Terry was a gem who ensured I felt like a valued customer. Great experience.

Wait time is extremely long. In the car for atleast an hour waiting on service. People that work their are taking their sweet time.

Staff very helpful with supporting ACHA members with their accounts. Branch Managers Sandra, Terry and the Tellers offer excellent service.

The personnel of this Bank only attend when they wish and although it is empty if they do not wish to attend the client they do not do it and now ... they have a personal schedule and although the app says something different they only attend when they wish .. it is a terrible service they don't seem to be professionals ...
