All employees that I spoke with at One Main have been helpful and courteous throughout this whole process. I spoke with several people but they all worked together seamlessly and it went smoothly. They were able to get me a good rate on my loan and explained everything clearly. I'll gladly come back to them again for future financial needs.

I will say the overall application process is quick and easy. Spoke with one young lady by the name of Kayla and she was very pushy and had poor customer service. Was not considerate of the questions that I had at the time of the follow up call. Let her know that she was pushy and asked if I could speak to someone and she rushed me off the phone. I was able to speak with Carla who listened to me as a customer, provided me with the answers that I was seeking at the time. Approved or not customer service goes along way and I feel that their entire team should follow the footsteps of Ms. Carla.

Brian and Carson I think that’s the young lady’s name if I’m wrong I do apologize they are truly the best they went way and beyond for me I called them at the very last minute I was relocating and some unexpected expenses came up and I had to get on the road they were short staff but that didn’t stop them they did everything they could do to help me we we did everything on line they walk me thru everything and I was traveling at the same time they got me approved the money was in my account early the next morning. Those guys are AWESOME I highly recommend

I love how professional all the workers are. They were very knowledgeable, nice, and had so much patience. I almost asked for a job there just to work around such kindness. I will recommend anyone to work with such nice professional ladies.
