I have a loan with this bank and cannot reach anyone for days now !!! I didn’t received any loan documentation from that bank ! Nothing ! I cannot make any payment !

I opened a business account , I had explained that chase closed my account and that I might have an issue , they opened the account any way and said I have to open with at least $100 they closed it and refused to give me my money back, when I had explained that I need that money to try somewhere else they said there is nothing that they can do because I have to wait for the check in the mail, I had explained that the check will come in the company name and I will not be able to cash it and that I need the money now, they refused to give me the money 3 times that I went there, over a half of a month passed and the I spoke to the branch manager today and she was a heartless uncaring stubborn inhumane and cruel manager for this suntrust location, she refused to budge no matter what I told her that I will sue and call the police and she said do what you have to do, in other words they are willing to go through court instead of doing the right thing , I spent more then $100 in gas and frustration going to this branch 3 times and to my po box trying to get my petty money back. I would not recommend this bank to anyone who enjoys stress free banking..

I do banking all the time with SunTrust for a very long time and I never had a problem before until today. Drucell Golden the teller she looked like she didn’t want to be in there, she wasn’t willing to help me with all my transactions. I have more than 5 accounts with them and they refuse to exchange my money into hundreds. Then she call Miranda Streckenbach just to tell me the same thing. I you read outside it says SunTrust bank, so, they should be able to do simple money exchange and no only deny service just because they don’t feel like doing it.

I enjoy banking with them. They provide very user friendly service and that's what I need. A counter person that smiles, staff that makes my life easy and a management staff that explains in simple words ways of making my life simpler and easier

Grossly understaffed. Takes literally 15min in line just to deposit and cash a check. Building and facility is also very old so it’s not even a pleasant experience to wait. The staff IS very nice once you’re finally able to get to them!

Never had any problems, nice friendly professional staff.
