We came to the bank, we sign in with the qr code to have a meeting with a banker and we were number 6. We wait for an hour and we were number 0 in line, until we ask what is happening that everybody is passing and we still waiting. Well they said that we complete the appointment in spanish so only the spanish speaker banker can take care of us. We told them that we can speak english, and they make us wait until the next available banker when one was available calling somebody else. Nothing more disappointing that be jumped in a long wait line. After we did everything right.

The worst bank ever not just this specific branch but whole TD. I moved out from Florida and now I need to close my account because we don't have it here so. Called Customer support they said that I need to send a letter here to close it so I did and it's been 2 weeks and I still have the account. It's always negative and they charge you maintenance fee. So I have to fly here just to close it and nobody will cover this expenses. So don't open business account here. Never!!!!

Avoid this branch, unprofessional and rude! Michael Di Stefano shouldn’t even hold the branch manager position as he is most unprofessional “manager” I have ever encountered! TD look into your branch !

Worst experience I have ever encountered at a TD bank. Spent nearly 45 min behind 5 people in line. Instead of the branch manager jumping behind the teller counter to assist with customers, he walked around and handed out water bottles- which was nice but unproductive.

Terrible bank 5 people in the front no one has help me yet line is out the door and they don’t seem to care about anything besides talking to each over the counter terrible staff and terrible management

Do not bank with this bank they will always find reasons to steal money from you; to charge you fake maintenance fees and overdraft fees, they'll lie and say you're protected from overdraft and the next minute someone is overdrafting your account, even got overdraft from businesses I had no clue about. If you got a lot of money, like thousands or millions, take the time to check your bank statements because they're stealing from you. I promise you I can guarantee they are stealing from you.

Came in at 5:30 because Im working until 5pm. They are closing at 6pm. Ive been told that I’m too late and they already clocked out. Not the service you expect from your bank you have several accounts in including business. Will consider moving my business elsewhere.

Mariah help me with all my problems, I had loose change and she spent time counting them for me, I even miscounted and she corrected me. Great to have a beautiful young professional working at the branch. Thank you Mariah again for taking your time out of your busy schedule and take care of me. Excellent customer service and happy overall :)

I waited so long and l still have not been able to do my banking it is too slow for me and make matters worst the atm didn't take my cash it asking me for checks and l cannot find a way to deto deposit my cash l am really mad l

I drove today from Hollywood to this location at 6.50pm to do a deposit in cash and any of the two machines that the bank has was working. The machine inside the bank was broken and the drive thru machine didn't accept cash only check

I opened a bank account after moving from Massachusetts to Hallandale, this was a easy enough process. The problem is that I come here 3 times a week since I’ve been here and every time and everyday they have so many people working, yet even the easiest task takes them 20+ minutes. The overall service is incredibly slow, and there’s no excuse if you claim to be “the most convenient bank” the one teller they have that actually works at normal to quick speed is Abi, and she is wonderful. But if you need help other than a bank teller transaction, plan on being there for 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. I have 5 banks and I’ve never had this issue, It’s ridiculously slow and that’s inexcusable. Definitely try another location or even another bank, since they don’t seem to care to fix the problem. Hopefully you just need a bank teller, since they do have that one helpful and amazing employee Abi.

Do not bother calling them and leaving a message. They never return calls. I have worked with other TD bank branches but I have never seen anything like it. TD bank upper management should not allow the manager of this branch to get away with this rudeness!
