How does a bank get such horrid reviews? Well, it starts with the manager. The manager is the apple tree and she is creating bad apples. Because she is one too. First time in the teller needed to do a correction on a cashier cheque ... she tried to double charge me. I had to protest and stand my ground explaining how the policy and procedure is. Second time. To get reactive my cards I had to go durring banking hours vs over the phone ... abother banking policy change that drive customers away. The manager her ego is above all and while training another future bad apple inbetween flirting with him. She threatens miss treats and invites you to close you accou t she demands apologies for "throwing down my ID" ... okay.... in customer service de escalation is priority one. Listening to you're clients. It's called the HEART method to help an unhappy client. Hear Empathize Apologize Respond Thank. The manager is a poor leader not even a leader she is an ego driven bully that will attack a father that is stressed from the treatment Bank of America has put him through by their error... I even had to advise them to order me a new card to resolve a chip read error... This is the core issue leadership or lack of it ... ignorance long lines bad service and a poor star rating for a bank.... and even the ATM I mean how do yiu meet that up.... I'll tell you.... lack of HEART. I guess Pentagon Credit Union will get more monies and accounts to from me. Shame on you all. So Getto. Shame.

In my country (really small European country) you just press a button for whichever services you want and you get a number. You don’t have to STAND in the line for hours like here. This is the so-called most developed country in the world?? It’s a joke…. It wouldn’t cost them a lot to change the customer experience. They wrote me a completely IRRELEVANT answer which has nothing to do with my complaint. This is how they care about customers…. This is what they have in every single bank in Hungary to pull a number and you can be seated while your number is being called

I got the appointment today at 10.30 with Karina so we came up in time the guy on front desk Edgar was running from customer to customer in the hall and didnt pay attention to the line on the front desk when it comes my turn he told me we need to reschedule because there are a lot of customers. This is ridiculous, never will go to this place again.

Have used this branch for years, staff are great. One of the few locations that provide ATM withdrawals in multiple denominations which is extreme convient.

Awful customer service. 2 tellers, 20 people in line. Ask the bank manager to help and he said he is sorry. Seriously.... No wonder retail banking is going away. Unfortunately, there are some transactions that can only be done physically so if you are going to force a physical transaction, make sure your service it the branch. Everyone in line was complaining. Come on Bank of America.... you are better than this.

I have an appointment scheduled at 3:30PM for a simple notary stamp. 4.20pm I needed to leave to pick up my daughter because a notary was not ready to work with me. 50 minutes I spent for nothing I think it is very disrespectful to provide this kind of service to a loyal client.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Most anti consumer bank i have seen,Not only they have fees up the ying yang but very limited hours of operation,Always a long line inside due to slow poke cashiers,nightmare to get an appointment and long time waiting to actually fulfill such appointment and if you are not a current customer and need to cash a check, you cannot use the drive thru and are forced to go inside and make the line. Glad i took my 3 business accounts to space coast credit union.By the way, They advertise no charge saving accounts open to students under 18 (as i opened two for my kids) and every few months, they will "accidentally" charge a monthly fee which caused me all kinds of headache to get reversed plus all the creative ways they nickel and dimed me on my accounts.Closed those as well as my joint account with wife. I live a block away for 20+ years from this bank and it's always had the same reputation. Don't believe any "positive" reviews you see as they are posted by friends/family of people who work there.

Messy, chaotic and unorganized BofA location with unprofessional and argumentative employees who obviously hate their job. There needs to be a new management ASAP. Don’t even try to make an appointment, because you’ll wait weeks for it and when you do go in for your appointment you’ll end up waiting HOURS.

Like others said, I would give 0 star if there is a option for 0, always only 2 counter open even they know this is a busy branch by the south ocean, the rest people stay in the office do nothing, they should get more people in the counter instead of office, the advisor in the office is by appointment anyway!!!!!!

If I could give - 0 Stars I would. This branch has the most incompetent bank "specialists" Especially this guy Daniel. I really don't think he should be working at a bank !!! We had a meeting to close the joint account but leave me on the account These are the mistakes 1. He took me out of the account instead of my husband 2. Canceled my card and only telling me after the fact !! 3.ordering a new card that was supposedly will arrive in 24 hours IT DID NOT it took 3 days and was sent to the wrong address !!! 4. He put a not that I wouldn't be charged the $15 rush fee and what happened I was charged any way !!!! I am LIVID WORST banking experience EVER !!!!!!!!!

Today I asked for a parcel for a quarter. The cashier gave 5 pieces .. I needed 100 pieces! She said - no more, - said the clerk,: "Take a little every week". It's a shame! Terrible boor at the reception! It was only thanks to the employee Vicki that I got what I needed. Terrible! Do you want results and do not want a boorish attitude? Go to Vicki!

I went to deposit 1000$ cash at the ATM... the ATM took 900$ and gave me 100$ bill back saying that the bill doesn’t work! When I tried to put back the 100$ bill the screen was cleared out and it took the 900$ That were inside the ATM... I went inside the bank and they told me to call.. when I called they told me it will take 10 business day to get the money in my account. 10 business day later... after calling 3 times and being transferred 3 times I still don’t have the money and now they told me that I can’t take 2 billing cicles..(60) days.. BEWARE! Don’t deposit cash on the ATM

I deposited $1400 through the drive through ATM. As soon as I made de deposit, the ATM started to beep and displayed an “error” message. Right after, it ejected my card without completing the transaction or giving back my money. So the deposit never went through but the ATM stole my money. This happened on a Sunday so when I called customer service, all departments were closed. On Monday, it took me a whole hour to be able to make a claim by phone. The rep told me there is no timeframe for the investigation but it might take 10+ business days for them to return my money. OUTRAGED!!!!
