Truist Kutztown Rd, Temple

Absolute worst banking experience of my life. Bb&t was okay. Now they've switched to Truist and I'm closing all of my accounts. They make their money by taking advantage of people. They hit you with imaginary fees whenever they feel like it, they strategically rearrange your transactions in the middle of the night to overdraft you, and the app is an absolute waste of domain. This financial institution should be shut down and brought up on charges. SHUT DOWN TRUIST BANK!

I Came here to complain about “Nick” well I guess I’m a little to late. This pandemic has left business struggling to have people work for them, And this branch needs help. I can tell by the lack of not only friendliness by the staff but how Irresponsible Nick is.Bbnt Is definitely not a bank worth dealing with. I read on another bbnt review that there new slogan is....”Bbnt banking made difficult” that’s about as accurate as it gets.

I had to back up the post I just read on “Nick” This guy definitely should not be working at this location. He reminds me of a “last ditch effort” by a branch to have someone cover hours. 😢

I wish I could give a negative review because this branch is horrid. Nobody knows what they are doing. They laugh when you get upset because they have no answer for you. All they say is sorry I wish I could help. Like yeah maybe if you knew simple account transactions your would. I would not recommend going to this branch.

Were unprofessional and rude. Called them for ATM Card made me feel like I was being a inconvenience and on top of that was told it would take 1 week and 3 weeks later still trying to get it.

Got charged an $8 fee to cash a check. So I had to pay to get my money.

2 stars as staff are friendlier than other branches I’ve been to and are quick and courteous. The loss of 2 stars is to BB&T themselves as they changed their opening hours to 9am which means I now have to open late to do a bank run. I’ve tried to set up night drops but they still require you to come in to get the receipt which makes it pointless! They refuse to fax or email the receipt for “security reasons” but I could send a dog in with my deposit and they’d give it a receipt so this security claim is total bull! Peace.

Accidentally posted this review for the closed location just down the street. Wanted to make sure the correct branch got credit for it . . . . Drive through takes priority at this location! Had to go inside because my vehicle does not fit through the drive through. Literally stood in line for over 20 minutes waiting for the one inside teller, while the two window tellers helped everybody who didn't want to bother getting out of their car. Will never stop here again! Honestly 1 star is a better review than this place deserves, but it won't allow me to give 0.

Unorganized staff. No signs tell people what lines are fast pass of for big bags. Parking lots are a total mess. Pricing is outrageous. The venue itself is great to view a concert.

Time to find a new bank
