When u have a customer that had 3 to 4 loan 2500.00 or more and u apply again now they only want to give u 1200.00 something not right excuses from all of the banks I apply for I have paid all my loans on time or paid them off with mariner finance my next payment not due 2/1/21 never late always on time that’s a shame way poeple loose good customer new poeple took over and not the same

Mariner Finance did the typical "bait and switch" two times to me. The latest was just yesterday 10/28/2020. I specifically asked certain questions and was told everything was ok. I was driving 1 1/4 hours so I made sure. When I got the the location, the cash back amount was much less. Very dissatisfied!! Will contact Berks County Better Business Borough on this!!

Aweful place they are predators. This company is poorly run, an their manners on the phone are aweful, they accused me of being nasty when I wasn’t but they didn’t take in account how their employee was acting towards me . My husband had set a payment date with them an he told them don’t pull the money out early because my husbands check won’t be their, what happen they pulled their money early.An the bank charged us a fee, an before this happen regency promised us they wouldn’t pull from our account until the agreeded upon date.They swore up an down that it wouldn’t happen , that they wouldn’t take the money until the agreed upon date well it did happen.An our bank charged us for it .I had to fight to get repaid the amount I was charged for from the bank from regency an they were nasty to me an my husband when we confronted them about it An they tried not to pay us back for what the bank charged us even though it was there fault as well . If they wanna do business with people then they need to have better manners. They also should try an not Bully people into making payments to them that aren’t even due yet I don’t care if it’s two days or three weeks till the next payment is due you should never bully someone into making a payment that isn’t due yet . I wish I had never gotten a loan from them .

I love how they are with the service the offer to you plus when you go there u feel good about the way the explain everything in details and the costumer very nice 👌 😀

I got a loan from them in May. Have had no issues. My payment in made on time. The woman I spoke too when I applied was very helpful and kind. I'm not sure why these other people had problems. My interest rate hasn't changed either. Everyone has their own experiences.

There seemed to be Unecessary products added to the loan that seemed to be advertised as a free benefit.

It says on the sight that they go off of income and a bank account but really they always need a co-signer unless your credit is really high. As soon as they see you aren’t gonna be getting a loan they are really rude even if you are going to be looking for a co-signer.

My expierence was very pleasent. We went in for one amount and got a better deal. Not to many ducuments wanted. The payment was very good. We met wonderful people who heloed us all the way. Place was clean and very nice. We were very pleased with the way we were treated.
