Diamond Credit Union Muhlenberg Branch N 5th Street Hwy, Temple

I’ve been a member with Diamond since as long as I can remember. They have always been more than accommodating. They have caught in scrupulous use of my account before I have and stopped it. I have had numerous loans through them. Today I worked with June to get an awesome refi on my car loan! She was incredible. I would never go anywhere else!

Kaitlyn is an absolutely lovely person who assisted me with my account. She gave solid advice on how to improve my return on my accounts and engaged with me personally. It is refreshing to go into a bank and be treated with warmth and sincerity. I highly recommend this branch for their service and commitment to customers.

Let me start off with I had a huge nightmare with my account, Shannon and Kacee helped me so much! They are seriously great at what they do and made my situation smooth sailing! Their customer service was the best! I just want to say thank you to the both of them & thank you to Diamond for having such great employees.

Not a bad place to bank just beware they will charge you money when you transfer from one account to another

I joined Diamond Credit Union today. Staff were friendly and attentive. I worked with Edwin Pardo at the Muhlenberg branch. Edwin was very efficient, personable and clearly well versed on setting up accounts. Highly recommended. Way better than regular for profit banks.

We have been Credit Union members for decades and fail to see why anyone would not choose credit union membership. We joined Diamond CU about 6 years ago when we came to Berks County, and we've been very pleased with Diamond since then.

So far, I've been very pleased with all of my interactions with any of the staff at Diamond CU. However, this morning I needed to take care of some business and found that there are no weekend hours. Not a happy camper. I have a long commute to work Mon-Fri and even pass other branches on my way. But it seems that in order to do business in person, I'll need to be late for work or leave early to do so. I hope you reinstate Saturday hours soon! Big inconvenience!
