    Overall I have had good experiences with TRUE - However I have been on hold for over half hour two days in a row just to talk to a customer service representative..... experiencing high call volume is not a fun thing to hear every 30 seconds.....

    Called numerous times and never had a call answered. Sat on hold for 15 min, waited for a callback and never got one. I will be changing institution's as soon as I can.

    CP Federal is the best bank of all time they are quick and they have wonderful interest rates we love them. Closed on my boat in one day we closed on my Camper in one day Home equity loan only took one week. We had credit card fraud on my visa and they credited me the money back and are now running an investigation they are great

    The credit union is OK but I would like to state that “Susie” the lady at the front desk is beyond rude and I don’t like to say this but I do believe she has bias against people of color. Every time I have gone into this facility and have had to get a new debit card she has been extremely rude and distasteful towards me and I have also witnessed her actions with other people of color. She needs to be reported and spoken to about her nasty attitude. I went in for a new debit card and she gave me issues about getting one saying I was defaulted on a loan (which I was not). She recommended that I speak with a loan advisor because she couldn’t give me a new debit card due to me having defaulted on a loan (which I’m not!) so after getting everything cleared up with the loan advisor, “Susie” gives her my debit card and acts as if she hadn’t given me a hard time and acts as if I’m the one who requested to speak with a loan advisor. She lied! And acted as if she didn’t know what was going on! My account was annotated that I’d be coming in for a new debit card due to it being lost/stolen yet she decided to give me a difficult time and then lied as if she didn’t know what was going on. Then i look at my account via the mobile app and i was charged $20 for a reconciliation fee instead of the $5 fee they charge for making you a new card. What is that?? I did not want to speak with a loan advisor but was told that i HAD to in order to receive a new debit card. This is just ridiculous! Not to mention it only took 5 min for the loan advisor to see that this was all a mistake. She needs a new job as her attitude towards certain members is very distasteful and doesn’t fit the atmosphere of the credit union!! Would not recommend this credit union if you have to deal with her at the front desk. She’s awful!! This credit union is no longer as good as they use to be!!

    Been a member for a long time debating on transferring my camper loan and accounts. Need to teach staff it's not ok to be rude to members. Since they have merged man customer service has gone way down hill.

    Very upset with this Bank great now. A new credit Union took over CP Federal and no members were directly notified. I only found out that all of my information was sold to a new company when I called in to my bank and a new company was on the automated machine. I was told there was a press conference, and it was posted in social media, which is not An acceptable form of communication

    Fantastic credit union, I've been a member since I was in elementary and I'll be a lifelong member. They always are flexible with me and even make a point of not charging or refunding fees even when the incident was my fault. Which is an enormous plus in my opinion I usually deal electronically and their digital services are adequate if not cutting edge. I usually deal with the main branch people over the phone or the mason branch who are always nice and do what they can to help me. If anyone from management is reading this keep doing what you’re doing but never stop improving.

    Usually I dread calling but today I spoke with someone that honestly put a smile on my face! He was so kind answered every single question I had with no problem no hesitation and no attitude his name was Tyler and I honestly think he’s my favorite person there and probably the best person I’ve ever talk to you there!
