Hands-down my best experience getting a loan ever . Cynthia & Denice were the greatest . They had an answer for all my questions and they were super nice about everything . Both were friendly and easy to talk to . The best customer service skills I have seen in a long time .

I go to this place all of the time and have a full blown conversation with Denise like we have known each other all of our lives. Even when I had to call the other store the girl that answered was so nice and helpful. I just love doing business with them.

This used to be a great place for a payday advance in a pinch. They were understanding and helpful and my interactions there were always polite and friendly. They would do whatever they could to help you borrow or payback. Unfortunately, as of late, the turnover rate for employees has been ridiculous, and a branch manager by the name of Tina seems as if shes desperate to exercise and abuse whatever bit of power her position affords her. She's quick to judge and eager to punish customers while looking for any excuse to create extra fees and penalties. She is not there to help, and takes an unprofessional and inappropriate personal interest in customers. As someone who has always made my payments and been allowed to borrow the maximum amount allowed, it came as quite a shock when it took 2 phone calls and 2 visits to make arrangements and keep my account out of collections which it seems is what they desperately want to happen. The way I've been addressed during the several calls and visits I've had to make is condescending and rude at best as if I were a scorned child despite my good standing with the company! When i came in to make my first payment a week early I was told they'd have to attempt to deposit my check again if I couldn't pay more AFTER the hassle of setting up the payment arrangement to avoid that, and today I got yet another text notice that my account is in default despite the fact I've made all payments due thus far on time or early. When I called the store to notify them I was told that's normal, yet I've used the service and made arrangements in a pinch several times in the past and its never happened before. This is not the treatment I've come to expect from the store. It really does seem like they're going out of their way to cost me money and teach me some sort of lesson although what I've ever done to merrit that treatment is a mystery. I'm shocked and disgusted by their behavior and their involvement in my financial affairs or simply having my information on file now makes me quite nervous. I won't be using this particular branch any longer and wouldn't advise anyone else to do so. There are too many places locally that offer this kind of service without the hassle or insult to endure such nonsense. Most vendors value the return customers they profit from. This site has become the exception. I can't imagine they'll continue doing business this way for long.

Denice is always so friendly and helpful. She makes everything run smoothly.

Denise has a bubbly personality. She greets you with a welcome and I know she is smiling behind her mask at the same time. She has exceptional customer service skills. Smooth and fast transactions. We have been going to this location for almost 7 years and it is a pleasure to have a employee doing a great job.

I truly love that I have the option when I need help. This place is amazing but most of Tina the manager is one of the most amazing people. She truly cares about her customers, and that is priceless when it comes to customer service she deserves a raise.

I'm sorry to say they are great but far as a good value with as much interest as they charge on a Payday thing it's really a reprehensible. I go to them every couple months and they're willing to help if I'm willing to pay

I have never had any problems with transaction at Advance America. They are very valuable when you need that little extra help.

Excellent Customer service, Employees very friendly informative and helpful. Results are same day highly recommended for payday loans.
