I feel a slight attitude form the employees whenever I give them my business and don’t feel as though that business is appreciated

Store has a decent amount of items for sale. However, I bought a stereo receiver from them and it stopped working correctly 3 days after the 7 day repair or store credit warranty ran out and they refused to help me. Told them they can have the piece of junk and that I won't be back.

Was extremely rude over the phone with the addition of of not being helpful. Terrible customer service

Clean I will give that to them, some staff are very helpful and nice and there's a couple that aren't. Prices are high but when taking something in to pawn they don't like to give much.

Good place to sell unwanted merchandise. Or to get a lone. Also to get an engagement ring.

After looking at several jewelry stores with outrageous prices and hollow gold we were extremely satisfied with the products we purchased there but more importantly, the service we received. Very rude customer service I politely asked for the first 4 serial numbers on a device they had for sale and they didn't feel comfortable? Do they sell stolen items? Very dissapointed. I will not be offering any money to this particular pawn shop

Well today I took something in there I've been dealing with them for years and years they didn't know what two-way frequency headphones for hunting and stuff were they're over $300 headphones and I didn't know what they were

Bought a pair of Sony bluetooth headphones from them and tried to return them quickly, due to connectivity . I had lost the receipt, but I had made a major purchase from them prior and they knew exactly who I was. They refused the return. I know you are supposed to have the receipt, but that shouldn't be an end-all thing in a small store where the owners are aware of your purchase. Lame
